Exclusive luxury house located in Es Barcarés, one of the most peaceful and sought-after areas in the north of Alcúdia, just 350 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Es Morer Vermell, a cove with crystal-clear waters and a family atmosphere.
The property stands out for its spacious exteriors, perfectly maintained and designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. It features a spectacular private saltwater pool measuring 16 x 4 meters and 1.6 meters deep, a children's area with swings and a trampoline, outdoor shower, and comfortable sun loungers. The outdoor kitchen invites long evenings outdoors, equipped with an oven, barbecue, and a cozy sofa area for relaxation. Additionally, it has a large furnished terrace of 45 m² and a pleasant 15 m² porch. The outdoor parking area has capacity for 2-3 vehicles. Crib and high chair available upon request.
The interior of the home offers a modern, elegant, and very bright style, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Upon entering the house, we find a spacious living-dining room with a sofa, air conditioning, high-speed wifi suitable for teleworking, and satellite television, including channels in German and English. The dining area is spacious and cozy, with chairs and a bench.
The open kitchen, with an elegant American bar, is fully equipped to prepare any dish: induction and gas countertop, large refrigerator-freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, filter and Italian coffee maker, in addition to tableware and kitchen utensils.
The housing has five air-conditioned bedrooms: four with double beds and one with bunk beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In addition, there are two independent bathrooms, both with a shower. On the first floor, there is a second living room, ideal as a reading or relaxation area.
Located in a very safe and quiet area, the house is just 1.5 km from the old town of Alcúdia, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. On Tuesdays and Sundays, the popular Alcúdia market is held, a highly recommended visit.
In the surroundings, there are numerous dream beaches such as Sant Joan, Sant Pere, or Sa Victoria, the latter perfect for snorkeling thanks to its clear waters and rocky bottom. The beach of Puerto de Alcúdia, with its lively promenade, is about 2.5 km away. Other nearby points of interest include Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, the picturesque town of Pollença, and the prestigious Golf de Alcanada, located about 6 km away.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, called Ecotax, which must be paid for each guest over 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half during the high season. Payment is made through a credit card before arrival.
The electricity consumption is charged separately at 0.30 Eur /kW. On the day of entry, a photo of the meter will be taken and another on the day of departure to know the consumption and said photos will be sent to you in writing. You can monitor your consumption at any time. The consumption will be deducted from your credit card or deposit.
Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the DNI's or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.
