In the fridge you can have some very cold soft drinks while watching a movie or listening to music on the sofa or enjoying a rich hot water shower to relax in before sleeping.

The smoking area is only on the balcony overlooking the street.

The apartment has two bedrooms with A/C and a double bed, each with a closet and dresser.

In the full kitchen you can find from a coffee maker to microwave to cook your food.

The sofacama is super comfortable, it also has a separate balcony.

Guest access
The access is independent. The apartment is on the first level. You should consider climbing a cube of stairs that is shared for another apartment that is likewise listed for rent. Each apartment has a balcony towards the main avenue.

Other things to note
The apartment and furniture is completely new. It was delivered to operate from the 16th of September, do not hesitate anymore. We are your best choice.
