The Space:

The apartment is fully furnished and decorated.



It features 3 bedrooms:



- Master Bedroom: King-size bed, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.



- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed and closet.*



- Bedroom 3: 2 full-size (double) beds and 1 single bed.



*Note: The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom.



The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi. Two of the bedrooms feature televisions with cable TV.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as dishes, pots, pans, and a toaster.



The apartment also includes a washer, dryer, and iron (laundry detergent and fabric softener are not included).



Guest Access:

The property features 24/7 security and two designated parking spaces.



It boasts the largest swimming pool in Cancun, measuring 70 meters long and facing the Mexican Caribbean right in the beach area. This area includes a restaurant and extensive gardens equipped with grills, perfect for cooking whatever you enjoy most.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located right on the beachfront. There are many restaurants in the area, some of which you can reach by taking a short walk along the beach.



It is situated right next to the ferry to Isla Mujeres and is only 25 minutes from the airport. You'll also find yourself very close to shopping centers, various restaurants, and supermarkets.



Getting Around:

To make your travels easier, public transportation is available nearby. If you prefer to take a taxi, we suggest requesting one by phone; we will provide you with a list of important contact numbers for your convenience.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
