It is located 300 m from the supermarket, 700 m from the sandy beach, 16 km from the Peralada golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona airport. The villa is situated in a family-friendly area within a residential complex.



The accommodation features garden furniture, a 20 m² terrace, washing machine, barbecue, fireplace, internet access (wifi), air conditioning in all bedrooms, covered parking in a nearby building, television and a 4 x 2.5 metre mooring (suitable for a jet ski).



The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
