Welcome to Villa Teresa, a splendid villa just a few steps from the sea, equipped with all the comforts necessary for a fantastic stay!
Located a short walk from the free beach of Pilone in Ostuni and within a private and enclosed residential area, allowing for pleasant and safe walks, with free street parking, it is perfect for one or more families or groups of friends!

The highlight of the property is a large private outdoor courtyard featuring a dining area perfect for family lunches and dinners under a wooden veranda, a fireplace ideal for barbecues, and a spacious inner courtyard with sun loungers for the warmest days. There is also a convenient outdoor shower to refresh yourself after returning from the beach and a second dining/work area under the veranda leading to the main entrance. The entire outdoor area is fenced for your family's safety.

Upon entering the villa, you will find a spacious living room with a dining table perfect for the whole family and a Full HD TV. The room is equipped with air conditioning for the hottest summer days and fast Wi-Fi accessible from all rooms.

The villa has 4 large double bedrooms, two of which are equipped with air conditioning, with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, perfect for hosting a large family or groups, adaptable according to communicated needs.
