The main entrance places you on the top floor, where you’ll enter into the living room and dining area. The living room features a large corner sofa, two parts of which can be turned into single beds, a 43” LED TV, and a DVD and CD player for your entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso and filter coffee machines, toaster, blender, boiler, pots, and pans. A round wooden table for 4-6 people is available for dining, and the interior offers a seamless connection to the outdoor space through two large glass doors that open to stunning views of the Sea of Crete. The view of the endless blue waters will captivate you throughout your stay.

The villa has two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, located on the ground floor. One bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into one king-size bed. All linens are provided by COCO-MAT, known for its high-quality organic products. Each bedroom has its own 43” LED TV and boasts sea views with direct access to the outdoor living room area.

In front of the living room, a veranda with a pergola is furnished with a round table for 4-6 people, perfect for enjoying breakfast while surrounded by the natural beauty of the area. The living room also provides access to the pool.

The ground floor also features a spa room, offering moments of relaxation and well-being. The interior Jacuzzi, designed for two people, comes with a variety of programs, and the sauna will help you unwind and refresh throughout your stay. Swim in the pool or the sea, or take a walk in the peaceful surroundings to clear your mind.

The outdoor areas are spread across several levels, each offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The first level features a hill with newly planted trees and bushes. The next level is home to the 52 sqm heated pool, where you can sunbathe on comfortable wooden loungers. A dining area with a pergola and seating for 6 people is nearby, along with a BBQ, giving you the opportunity to cook and enjoy local products.

On the next level, you’ll find an outdoor living room with a stone-built sofa and fluffy pillows, perfect for enjoying one of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever experience.

For younger guests, there is a playground next to the living room area. The space has been planted with grass to ensure safety, allowing children to enjoy various activities. Additionally, a vineyard and olive trees are found in the lower two levels of the property, honoring the significance of these plants to Cretan life.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost. There is also free parking for all of our guests.

The pool can be heated with an extra cost of 70€ per day.
