Bright and contemporary apartment with a private balcony and open views, designed for guests who value natural light, comfort and a calm urban stay.
Located in Bonfim, this functional space is ideal for couples, professionals or digital nomads, with elevator access and private parking included.
The apartment features a modern, minimalist design with neutral tones and clean lines, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout. It is equipped with central air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The building offers elevator access, and a private parking space is included, adding convenience for guests traveling by car.
- Living Room
The living area is bright and fluid, with a comfortable sofa, TV, and a dedicated desk, making it suitable both for relaxing and working remotely. This space connects directly to the private balcony, naturally extending the interior outdoors and enhancing the sense of openness.
- Kitchen
The kitchen is integrated with the living area through a practical breakfast counter and is fully equipped for everyday cooking. It includes a 4-burner electric stovetop, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine, offering everything needed for your stay.
- Bedroom
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes with ample storage, and soft lighting, providing a relaxing environment for restful nights. The bedroom also opens directly onto the private balcony, allowing natural light to flow in and creating a pleasant connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Bathroom
The bathroom is modern and functional, featuring a walk-in shower with a rain-shower effect and clean, contemporary finishes.
- Balcony
Outside, the private balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, making it a pleasant spot for a morning coffee, a light meal, or a quiet moment at the end of the day. The open view over a nearby green area adds a welcome sense of calm within an urban environment.

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance and subject to an extra fee of 25€.
CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:
- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
