The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

There is also free parking for all of our guests.

We will take care of all the details of your stay 24/7 and be responsible for your day to day needs – making recommendations and reservations. Once you book you get a detailed directions PDF file making it simpler than ever to reach Villa Ble. In case you would like airport pick up we provide the friendliest, most personalized pick up so you can immediately orient yourself in the House without feeling stress.

We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.



Once your booking is confirmed, one of our Aegean Team members will be in contact with you to answer any questions you might have. They will be your personal vacation advisor and they will offer you their best recommendations for food, nightlife, beaches, activities, attractions etc. During your whole stay, you will be in immediate contact with your vacation advisor.
