L1 & L2 Villas are two stunning, modern properties nestled side by side in the heart of Daratso, offering an exceptional vacation experience. These private villas are designed to cater to the needs of larger groups or families who seek both proximity and privacy, with each villa featuring its own private entrance, allowing each group to enjoy their space while being close enough for shared gatherings. They can host 18 guests in total in their 7 bedrooms + 4 extra beds.

**L1 Villa** is a contemporary architectural gem with a seamless connection to its natural surroundings. The villa is designed with expansive glass windows, allowing sunlight to flood the living spaces throughout the day. The interior combines white tones, marble, and granite finishes, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. L1 has four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, with the master bedroom offering an en-suite bathroom and a unique living area overlooking the pool. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests with additional space for infants.

The open-plan living area in L1 is designed for comfort and elegance, featuring a large 55” 4K TV and fast Wi-Fi, ensuring both relaxation and connectivity. The fully equipped kitchen allows for the preparation of home-cooked meals, and a washer-dryer is conveniently located on the ground floor. The outdoor space includes a stunning pool area, where guests can enjoy the tranquil surroundings, as well as an outdoor dining area ideal for enjoying meals with loved ones.

**L2 Villa** offers a minimalistic design with an emphasis on spaciousness and comfort. This modern villa features large open-plan areas with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The interior includes a cozy living room with a flat TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. L2 has three spacious bedrooms, all designed to offer comfort and a view of the natural beauty outside. The villa accommodates up to six guests and provides three fully equipped bathrooms.

L2’s outdoor area is a perfect retreat, with a private pool, sun loungers, and a shaded pergola for al fresco dining. The villa is just a short walk from the sandy beaches of Agii Apostoli, where guests can enjoy organized beaches with taverns, cafes, and shops nearby.

Together, L1 and L2 Villas provide an ideal setting for a larger group or multiple families who desire privacy without sacrificing proximity. Both villas are designed to offer an unforgettable holiday experience with stunning views, luxurious amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere. Whether enjoying a quiet retreat in the villa or exploring the nearby beaches, these villas are the perfect choice for a memorable Mediterranean getaway.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

There is also free parking for all of our guests.

We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.
