Summary:

Directly overlooking Porth Beach, this high-spec apartment boasts stunning sea and beach views. Beautifully finished with contemporary fixtures, it offers a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening onto a sea-view balcony. The superking features an ensuite and balcony, complemented by a second superking/twin and a single bedroom with pullout & desk. Private parking for one car, with a second space subject to availability. EV charger available.



The Space:

Positioned directly across from the sweeping sands of Porth Beach, this stylish three-bedroom apartment boasts views of the shoreline and open sea. Finished to an excellent standard, it blends modern design with a calm coastal feel, creating a refined yet welcoming place to unwind.



The spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is filled with natural light thanks to full-height sliding doors that open onto a generous balcony. Here, a table and chairs invite you to relax while soaking up the sea air. Inside, the sleek kitchen is fully fitted with new appliances, including a coffee machine, while the comfortable living area is perfect for evenings in with the smart TV.



The principal bedroom features a superking bed, a contemporary ensuite with bath and overhead shower, and access to its own balcony. Complete with seating and far-reaching sea views, it’s an idyllic spot for a quiet start or end to the day.



A second superking bedroom offers equal comfort and can be configured as a twin (on request). While the third bedroom provides a single bed and desk, ideal for home working. The single room daybed also has a single pullout (available on request). It's positioned right next to the other single, so it's best suited for children. These rooms are served by a stylish family bathroom with a walk-in shower and waterfall head.



Family-friendly extras include a travel cot and children’s dinnerware. Practicalities are well covered with one allocated parking space, a second available on a first-come basis, and access to an on-site EV charger (charges apply). Up to two dogs are welcome for a small additional fee of £30/dog.



With the beach just steps away and Newquay’s highlights close at hand, this apartment is a superb coastal getaway.



An additional six 3 bedroom apartments are also available in the building, including a penthouse option for larger groups.

The Neighborhood:

This apartment is ideally situated for a relaxed coastal getaway, with beaches, walks and places to eat all just moments away. Porth Beach is a broad sweep of golden sand, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding and laid-back family days, while low tide reveals rock pools that are great fun to explore.



A variety of cafés, pubs and restaurants sit right behind the beach, all within seconds to a short stroll. The Mermaid Inn, set directly on the sand, is a popular choice for casual family meals and evening drinks. For a more refined dining experience, the Porth Beach Hotel & Restaurant and SeaSpace are conveniently located nearby. Roo’s Coffee is ideal for takeaway hot drinks and snacks, and during spring and summer, a stone-baked pizza van often appears nearby.



The South West Coast Path runs through Porth, offering breathtaking clifftop walks with views across the bay towards Newquay and Watergate Bay. For a gentle local walk, cross the footbridge to Porth Island and enjoy panoramic sea views and a peaceful sunset spot.



A short drive or scenic coastal walk brings you to Newquay, home to renowned surf beaches such as Fistral, a lively harbour, family attractions including the Blue Reef Aquarium, and a wide selection of cafés, bars and restaurants.



Heading north, Watergate Bay is renowned for its expansive sandy beach and excellent surf. Further afield, Padstow offers harbour charm and seafood, while Crantock and Holywell Bay provide wide, often quieter beaches and stunning coastal scenery.



Getting Around:

Getting around Cornwall is easy from this apartment. While a car is recommended to explore the area fully, you'll find excellent transport links right on your doorstep. Newquay Airport is just a 10-minute drive away, with taxis and car hire readily available. The train station is also a short 5-minute drive, offering connections across the country, including services to Penzance. Plus, frequent bus services stop conveniently outside the apartment.



For those driving, we offer one allocated parking space and an additional space on a first-come, first-served basis. An EV charger is also available for your convenience (charges apply).



Other Things to Note:

For larger groups, there are another six 3-bedroom apartments in the building that are available for booking. Two are on each level, with a larger penthouse on the top floor.



The apartment is on the second floor and is accessed via stairs. Once inside, it's all on one level.



The single room daybed also has a single pullout (available on request). It's positioned right next to the other single, so it's best suited for children. The superking can also be made up as a twin (on request).



The parking area is fitted with CCTV for the security of your vehicles.
