Porth Lodge is a hidden gem.

The apartment was much more than we expected. The breakfast was great - lots if choice something for everyone. Great location within walking distance of Porth beach.

Room rather tired but great breakfast

Room was rather tired with a constantly dripping tap, and a smoke alarm which went off at 6.30 am but the included breakfast was very good with lovely friendly service.

Nice place to stay

The Porth Lodge Hotel is a great option to stay on a short break.It is on a quiet location very close to the beach.The apartment was big and the facilities very nice. Despite being located close to the beach in a quiet area, the hotel itself can be not easy to find but should be ok if using sat nav. The access to the car park needs to be improved but the car park itself is ok.

Friendly stay in a lovely hotel just a stroll from a beach

This is our fourth stay at this friendly and welcoming hotel which we will definitely return to. A stones throw from the beach, great cliff walks and close to Newquay for those who want it, but if you are looking for a quiet getaway the hotel has the most beautiful 18th century bar with roaring log fire, in a separate part of the hotel there is a 4 lane 10 pin bowling alley and the best food I've ever eaten in a hotel! Traditional fayre, and the steak wins hands down!

New Year

The apartment was lovely and warm, clean and welcoming. All beds were comfortable.The drop down double bed in the living room was great it just pulled down and pushed back up leaving plenty of space in the living room during the day. The breakfast was served quickly with lots of choice and was very nice. Just a short walk to Porth beach. We enjoyed our stay
