→ Building The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator (but we guarantee the view is worth it!). Very bright during the day, this apartment invites you to live the true and complete experience of a typical neighborhood. It is ideal for small families or groups of friends who want to spend a few pleasant days in the city of Lisbon, with the city center and main attractions and landmarks within walking distance.
→ Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. Both have balconies that offer cozy natural light and feature cooling fans.
→ Bathrooms The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a powder room.
→ Living/Dining Room The living room has a Smart TV, a sofa, a dining table and air conditioning, as well as a balcony where you can enjoy the sunset over the city.
→ Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, stove, oven and coffee maker (coffee not included).

The Graça neighborhood is a former parish of Lisbon situated on the highest of Lisbon's seven hills. It is a picturesque neighborhood known for its stunning views, grand buildings, and one of Lisbon's finest viewpoints, recently renovated. It is located near the iconic São Jorge Castle.
Due to its hilly terrain, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes for exploring the area.
If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.
→ Metro The journey takes between 35 and 40 minutes, and the nearest metro station is Santa Apolónia which is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
→ Car If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area. Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).
→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Due to the fact that Lisbon is an ancient and historical city close to the river Tagus, plumbing odors can be expected occasionally in older buildings. This circumstance is out of our control and happens very rarely, but is a possibility when the river tide changes. → The apartment has equipment that controls the noise level. We wish our guests an excellent vacation, but always respecting the neighbors' night rest. If the equipment is turned off, our staff will be notified. Any infraction related to the disrespect of the noise rules may lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation. → For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
