A charming and cozy apartment located on one of the most charismatic streets in Alfama, the most typical and historic neighborhood in Lisbon. The building is situated on a traditional street near the Fado Museum, the National Pantheon, and the Church of São Vicente. There are several restaurants, Fado houses, and supermarkets nearby. Staying at Alfama The Best ensures experiencing the full Lisbon experience!
The apartment is located in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivals take place during the month of June. Please be aware that this area can be quite busy and noise can be expected!
→ Building
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a traditional Portuguese building (no elevator) and has the truly incredible feel of Alfama. It is ideal for couples or small families looking for a good time in Lisbon, with all the main attractions of the city and amazing viewpoints within walking distance.
Pedestrian-only access street. The nearest vehicle access is about a 5-minute walk away.
Alfama is an old neighborhood characterized by narrow, steep streets with Portuguese pavement. It is located just a 20-minute walk from the center of Lisbon. Don't forget your comfortable shoes!
→ Bedroom
The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
→ Bathroom
There is a bathroom in the apartment with a shower.
→ Living Area
The living room has a sofa and typical Portuguese decoration.
→ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and a table for 3 people.
→ The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are provided as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included.
→ Bed linen and bath towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in is between 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.
→ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper storage and use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will apply.
→ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
→ Crib and Baby Chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions above €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
