Roaring Fork Ridge is a professionally decorated 3 bedroom 3 bath home located in Snowmass Village, Colorado - a mere 5 minute walk to the unparalleled slopes of Snowmass Mountain. Situated in the Roaring Fork Valley only 15 minutes from downtown Aspen, 10 minutes from Aspen/Pitkin County Airport and 12 minutes from Buttermilk Mountain & Highlands Ski area our home boasts comfortable sleeping for 6 and can accommodate up to 7.

Our family room offers a comfortable respite from a full day on the mountain skiing, hiking or on the river fly-fishing. Kick your feet up and throw a blanket over you on our cozy sectional couch that comfortably seats 8. After the stunning sunset right out of the western facing triple panned sliders, turn on the gas fireplace with the flip of a switch. Enjoy the adjustable 65" 4K flatscreen Vizio TV for your viewing pleasure where you can watch your favorite Apple TV movies/shows or choose from a full menu of XFINITY cable channels (including HBO/ShowTime/and On Demand) OR simply play your favorite music though the Sonos surround-sound system with cocktail or glass of wine in hand. Between the sectional and the custom vintage leather chaise, the room comfortably accommodates 9 adults making it a perfect place to tell stories from the day or play one of the many games we have available to our guests.

The gourmet kitchen, outfitted with all the tools a chef could need (and more!), has stainless steel appliances, including a French door styled refrigerator, oven and microwave, a 4-burner cook top looks over the raised bar area complete with 4 stools and a dining room table that seats 6 and can be extended to accommodate 8. All-in-all creating a wonderful place for entertaining while preparing and enjoying meals.

When it's time to relax and rest up for tomorrow's adventure the master bedroom with king size bed and majestic views of Mt. Daly just outside the sliding glass doors will be much welcomed. Outside the sliding glass doors you'll find an oversized balcony with ground level access (1 of only 4 residences with back yard access). The en-suite master bath has double sink vanity, sit down makeup counter with bench and a recently renovated walk in shower with dual-heads, heated floors, and steam shower. One large walk-in closet , 2 dressers, floor length mirror, and 45 inch TV rounds out this master for the most discerning of guests. The second master suite also offers a master King-size bed (or two twins) with an en-suite bathroom with steam shower/tub, a dresser, large closet and flat panel TV. The third bedroom offers sweeping views from Snowmass Mountain, Mt. Daly and the lower valley. Sunlight abounds with two walls of windows. This room is flexible and has a brand new bunch bed with queen on bottom and twin XL on top that can be utilized as a great office/reading room or family room extension. This room also has a WIFI printer/scanner/fax machine ready for guest use. The third bathroom is adorned with granite counter tops, modern shower surround steam shower and heated floors. A private ski closet, mud room, stacked washer and dryer and comfortable boot bench in the foyer round out this mountain oasis.

Roaring Fork Ridge will immediately feel like your home away from home as it has been for us.
