VILLA PALMIRA - PRAIANO
Located on the Amalfi coast in the pretty fishing village of Praiano, Villa Palmira is a modern sea-view villa with a swimming pool and indoor spa. Ideal for a holiday with family or friends, the villa is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the Marina di Praia. In the area, you can visit Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, and Sorrento, or take the ferry from Positano to Capri. Walkers will enjoy the Path of Gods coastal trail, which has some spectacular views.

Villa Palmira (350 sqm) develops over three levels.

A staircase (15 steps) from the ground floor leads down to the basement area where you will find the spa zone, a lovely relaxation area lit by beams of natural light, with an emotional pool (5m x 5m; depth 1.25m – 1.75m) with chromotherapy, water jets and hydromassage.

In one of the living rooms, you can view the spa area below through a central glass panel in the floor. You will also find a kitchen/dining room (with a dining table and French windows onto the patio) where breakfast is laid out each morning and, in the sleeping area, there is one double bedroom (with double bed and terrace with sea view) with ensuite bathroom (with bath) and one bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed and sea-view terrace) with ensuite bathroom (with double shower), one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds), one double bedroom (with double bed), as well as one bathroom (with shower) and one bathroom (with Turkish bath with chromotherapy and aromatherapy options).

Outside, you will find a saltwater infinity pool (6m x 5.5m; depth 1.25m – 1.7m; heated on request; saline system) with sun loungers and a small seating area. There is a well-equipped utility room (with washing machine and dryer) which is situated off the pool area, and you will also find a large, shady roof terrace, perfect for an afternoon snooze or an evening sundowner.
