The villa, set in a stunning countryside near Arezzo, features a swimming pool (12x6 m, depth 1.20–1.80 m) and, at 450 m above sea level, offers panoramic views, refreshing breezes, and complete privacy. The ground floor has a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette (please note: with a Moka and an American coffee machine), a washing machine, a cozy fireplace, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. The first floor, accessible via internal and external staircases, offers a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, and children’s garden games. Additional comforts include private parking, Wi-Fi, sat TV, mosquito nets, and a laundry room. °Swimming pool is open seasonally (April/early October): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Please note that the road to access the property is unpaved.
