Casa do Monte - a majestic 8 bedroom villa with spectacular gardens

Villa Casa do Monte is a majestic villa with spectacular cacti and palm tree gardens and a range of recreational facilities to further enhance your stay.



Ideal for large families or groups, there are 8 bedrooms, all with private shower rooms/bathrooms) with capacity for 18 people.



The large private swimming pool can also be heated for an additional 250 Euros per week or part week.



Entering the villa via gates there is ample private parking for several cars.



The impressive entrance to the villa features pretty stained-glass windows and a curved staircase to the first floor.



On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with their own private shower room, wardrobes and access to a terrace or balcony. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed; Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds and Bedroom 3 also has 3 single beds.



The spacious living area features ample sofas, large flat screen smart TV, a library, a marble dining table with 8 chairs and access to the terraces with stunning views across the cacti gardens and to the sea. There is internet access via wi-fi.



The modern kitchen features cream base and wall units with granite work surfaces and appliances include a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, electric hob, extractor fan and other small appliances including toaster and kettle. There is a breakfast bar area with 4 stools and, in the dining area, 2 large tables with 14 chairs.

The terrace area has ample seating areas and tables.



On the first floor Bedroom 4 is the huge master bedroom with a separate dressing area, ample fitted wardrobes, a private bathroom with hydro massage bath tub (with views out over to the sea), shower cubicle and twin sinks. The bedroom has a king size bed and access to a lovely furnished terrace with spectacular views over the gardens and to the sea.



Bedroom 5 has a double bed, wardrobes, a private shower room and access to the furnished terrace with spectacular views over the gardens and to the sea.



Bedroom 6 features a double bed, wardrobe, windows with views towards the sea and a private shower room.



Bedroom 7 has a double bed, wardrobe and a private terrace with south views. It also has a private shower room.



Bedroom 8 also has a double bed and a private terrace with views to the rear of the property and a private shower room.



All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning.



Externally, pathways meander through the cacti and palm tree gardens to the large swimming pool, tennis court and pool table.



There is also a second kitchen on the lower ground floor (closer to the swimming pool) which is very handy for cold drinks or preparing snacks and meals without having to go upstairs to the main kitchen. This kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven, electric hob, extractor fan, microwave and a breakfast bar with stools.



A charcoal BBQ is available (please note we do not provide charcoal etc).



Whether you want to be active and sporty, or totally chilled out and relaxed, Villa Casa do Monte has something for everyone!



All reservations include a full clean upon departure.

If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included. If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 100 Euros per request.



This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.



Please note, for reservations from people under the age of 24 years, a 400 Euro security deposit each person will be payable in cash at check in. This would be refunded after an inspection and cleaning of the villa, providing everything was OK, up until 10 days after check out via bank transfer.



Tourist taxes payable locally could apply.
