Perfect stay

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation offered plenty of space, was well-maintained, and communication with the management was excellent. The only downside was that the house was advertised as suitable for 10 people, but the bed for the tenth person was not usable. Despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will cherish the beautiful memories of this vacation.

Villa was spacious. Amenities were tired and in need of upgrading. Adequate for six of us Beds were uncomfortable. Swimming pool wasn’t heated as requested due to heat pump failure before we arrived.Didn’t get repaired until the day before we left. All in all we had fun as a group but not overly impressed with the accommodation

The pool was dirty when we arrived so we couldn’t use it. They came the next day to clean it but we had made plans already that day so basically we didn’t use the pool at all in the end.Despite numerous requests the company were completely inflexible with check in times. Perhaps if we had been able to check in before 4pm the pool issue could have been identified and rectified sooner. The safe had no key and the alarm didn’t work. The front door was difficult to lock and unlock and took me 10 minutes on one occasion. For the price it really was very very basic and I think the photos are a bit misleading compared with what you get. It was a dark and gloomy property in a built up area with no views. I wouldn’t recommend and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We regret to hear that the experience did not fully meet your expectations. Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to authorize an early check-in to the property, particularly during busy periods and when additional preparation time may be required between reservations. However, we do provide a check-in centre where guests may safely store their belongings until the standard check-in time of 16:00. We also appreciate your comments regarding the aspects you felt could be improved, as feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can continue improving the experience provided to future guests. We do hope you will give us the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for an improved stay. Warm regards, Algarve Vacation Customer Care

Maison au top

Super semaine.
