Ideal for families, this apartment features an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching TV, and a round dining table, also featuring air conditioning for your comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, the kitchen features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, and dishwasher to assist you in your daily routine.

Access to the terrace is through the suite, making it ideal for gathering the family outdoors and sharing moments. The terrace is spacious and equipped with a table, benches, and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying natural light during the day in a peaceful setting.

Both bedrooms are harmoniously decorated and equipped with queen-size beds and wardrobes to store your belongings.

All beds come with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom offers all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

It is important to note that access to the apartment is exclusively via stairs, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

Located in the heart of Porto, this accommodation offers the absolute convenience of being in the cultural and vibrant epicenter of downtown Porto. Stepping out the door, you are immediately enveloped by the city's contagious energy. It is just a few meters from the iconic Porto Coliseum and the famous Rua de Santa Catarina, the main shopping artery where the historic Café Majestic is located.

The neighborhood is known for its incredible gastronomic offerings. Just a few steps away, you will find Praça dos Poveiros, famous for its traditional "tascas" (taverns), lively terraces, and, of course, some of the best Francesinhas (a typical delicacy) in the city. It is an area that breathes culture, theaters, and genuine local life.

From here, Porto is best discovered on foot. A 5-minute walk takes you to the renovated Bolhão Market and Avenida dos Aliados. In a 10-minute walk, you will be at the stunning São Bento Station, with its famous tiles. Continuing down towards the Clérigos Tower and the Ribeira (by the Douro River) makes for a natural and scenic stroll.

This address is also a strategic point for exploring Northern Portugal. Due to its proximity to the Aliados and Bolhão Metro stations and the São Bento and Campanhã Train Stations, it is very easy to organize day trips. The medieval city of Guimarães (birthplace of the nation) and the baroque city of Braga are a short train ride away. If you prefer nature, access to the line that takes you to the Douro Wine Region (UNESCO World Heritage) or to the beaches and canals of Aveiro is extremely simple and fast.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

There are several bus stops within 100 meters, with several lines, and the São Bento subway and train station is just 550 meters away.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
