The amenities were very clean, well stocked, and very accommodating! Our group ran out of toilet paper after a couple days and the host promptly brought more over. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. We would consider staying here several more times.

Another great stay in Bear Lake. The home was spacious and well appointed for our large extended family with bedrooms for each family. The large kitchen and eating space made our meal prep a breeze. The location close to the lake was a plus, although we missed the view of the lake we have enjoyed from prior stays.

Family reunion success!!!

With 32 people over 8 families we found this place to be perfect for our annual reunion! What an amazing location! The house was very conveniently laid out, places for everyone to gather but also to have some space! Everyone had their own sleeping spaces! And having bikes and paddle boards for use was an added bonus and super fun for us! Highly recommend this house!

Perfect place!

Great location. The property is perfect for large families. We had an incredible experience. The large, but cozy interior and snowy surroundings made for a perfect winter getaway. The house is well equipped and beautifully designed. 15-20 min to snowmobiling at beaver creek or snowboarding at Beaver ski resort. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a winter wonderland!

Great family reunion destination!

Perfect for a large group. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. We had 37 people for a family reunion. Our kids and grandkids enjoyed the paddle boards and bicycles.

Perfect house for our big group!!

We loved our stay at the farmhouse! We've stayed at a lot of houses in Bear Lake and this was a favorite! Lots of beds, great dining space, kitchen was well stocked and we loved the location! We missed having a TV in the great room because the whole family couldn't fit in the theater room, but otherwise we had no complaints!

In Bear Lake this was the most comfortable place that we have stayed at!

We had a great time during our little winter break getaway. The house is amazing and was extremely comfortable for the 32 people we had staying there. The kids had a great time with all the different activities that this house offers. Parking was fantastic even with our 30-foot-long snowmobile trailer. I would highly recommend this house to everyone.

Family Gathering

We enjoyed this home. There was plenty of room to gather in a large group but also several smaller areas that fewer family could gather. We all enjoyed the fun activities available. The long dining tables gave us plenty of room to eat and also to play games. Travis, our host, was quick and helpful when we had an issue with the theater projector. We’ll be coming again.

Amazing home for a large group

We stayed in this beautiful home over Martin Luther King weekend. The home was perfect for our family and could have fit many more than we had. The home had something for everyone and plenty of space to spread out and not feel like you were on top of one another. We loved the huge gathering area on the main floor, the theater room and the game room. Our grandkids loved the toy/slide room. Would definitely stay here again if going to Bear Lake.

Perfect Large Family House

The house was perfect for our extended family Christmas gathering. The bunk rooms were awesome and stocked with some fun toys for the kids. The pool table, foosball, and basketball hoop were fun for everyone. There was plenty of space for all. Lots of extra blankets and pillows around. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. The host was responsive when we contacted him. I highly recommend.

Every year we do a girls weekend at Bear Lake, and we have had to change cabins each year because we find something that doesn't work so well. That is not the case this year. We have unanimously decided to return to this cabin again next year. It's amazing! It's beautiful and clean, the amount of beds (actual mattresses) is perfect. We also joked about how none of us (there were 27 of us) had to wait for a bathroom. All the small touches (dryers in bathrooms, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, face wipes, etc.) made it 100% worth it. This space is beautiful and the owners were very responsive during our stay. Several people asked me for the information so they could book their family reunions here. I can't say enough good things about this place!

This was our first stay with VRBO, so we went in blind. A few things we wished we knew before we stayed here:Private access to a Hot Tub was on the list of amenities. When I reached out to the agent, they removed it from the listing with no communication until I followed up stating I had taken a screenshot. Why it was on the list from the beginning when there was no dedicated spot on-site for it? That and the promise of parking space including a garage was false advertising. The garage is not available for guests. We were also told there would be room for RV parking. There were no RV hookups, but there was a RV park nearby a quick drive down the road. One of our guests changed their mind regarding bringing their RV at the last minute and we're glad they did. A few other things that mislead us - the "fully stocked kitchen" does not include hot pads. There are also no scrubbing/cleaning brushes. The sun is only blocked by a few blinds, but you will be blinded trying to wash dishes during dinner time. The ninja blender did not have a blade. Having a toaster and one of the griddles plugged into the kitchen at the same time tripped the breaker, which was unreachable behind a locked door. Reaching out to the agent, he was able to provide a code to unlock the locked door containing the breaker box within a reasonable time. We did enjoy using the family room for gatherings, but the cathedral ceiling makes it hard to understand a single speaker presenting in that room. It was ni

Great family vacation home

We had a wonderful time. We had 13 adults and 13 children and fit comfortably. The layout is perfect for a large crowd. Would highly recommend this home.
