I received a message in Spanish, I speak English. I requested a new email in English and never got it. I did not get the access code to the building 24 hours before so I send a message which was not responded to, made a phone call and tried to leave a message, but the voicemail must have been full. I sent another message and called again this time it went to voicemail. I left a voicemail. I got a call back from somebody speaking Spanish, asking me in broken English about an Amazon package. I received and text message about an Amazon package, of which I replied, and said I was looking for the access ID, which I finally received. That was less than 10 hours before our check-in, so you can only imagine how stressed out we were. Upon checking in we parked in a parking garage. And had to walk downstairs with no lighting. We had to use the flashlight on the iPhone. We walked out into some construction site. We made our way into the building and I accidentally punched the wrong code, but was able to access the condo. When we looked out the window, we noticed that there were two cop cars permanently parked in front of the condo and behind it on Main Street. Clearly, this was not a safe area to stay as well. When we walked in the property reeked of perfume or incense. The bed was very uncomfortable as was the pillows. The only redeeming fact was the beautiful view over the river. I would definitely not recommend this property to anyone.
