The Exchange is a brand new residential complex in the lovely seaside town of St. Paul's Bay and only a short bus or car drive away from the best sandy beaches in Malta. It is a sizeable three-bedroomed apartment which has been lavishly furnished and accessorised throughout, with partial sea views from the front balcony and peaceful rural country views from the back balcony. In addition to meeting the accommodation needs of small families or bigger groups, this apartment at The Exchange is also fully equipped to meet the requirements of business travellers, digital nomads and students, with a well-lit working section that complements the dining area, and with high powered Wi-Fi that extends to all rooms. The bedrooms also have Ethernet connectivity and mobile phone charging points. It is fully airconditioned throughout and enjoys ample sunlight in its kitchen/dining area and especially in the third king-sized bedroom. The whole apartment was extremely clean with no signs of any mold or mildew in the bathrooms.The property was as it was advertised with the sea visible from the front balcony. We were a group of five and there were plenty of pans, pots, plates and cutlery for daily dining.Great communication from the host with clear check in and checkout instructions and checked in on a regular basis during our stay to ensure everything was fine.Also allowed us to check in early due to us arriving on an earlier flight which was great.I would highly recommend the property for anyone who is looking to stay in a quite and peacefull area away from the hustle and bustle but still be close to the centre with plenty of transportation options.
