This modern and cozy duplex apartment overlooking the ocean is the perfect setting for guests who love the sea, nature and relaxed coastal living. Thoughtfully decorated with comfort in mind, it is the perfect home-from-home.
Ideal for families and small groups, the lower floor features a bright living area with a sea-facing balcony, a comfortable sofa, a 75’’ 4K TV, and a dining table for the whole family. This is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy sunsets over the ocean.
Also on the lower floor is a service bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes essential crockery and utensils, a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, and stove. There is also a dedicated laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
On the upper floor are two double bedrooms with ocean views and a queen en-suite bedroom. All bedrooms come with their own balcony, plenty of storage, and high-quality bed linen to ensure a restful night's sleep.
The bathrooms are fully equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.
The space is always professionally cleaned.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be required to verify your identity before entering. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by Portuguese authorities.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum of €200 for the smoking fee.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair-use policy for utilities will apply, with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
