The complex has an apartment and four studios, surrounded by a garden and a pleasant heated outdoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting.



The flat



This one-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor (accessed by stairs), has a spacious private terrace of approximately 36 m² with mountain views. An ideal space to enjoy outdoor breakfasts, relaxing afternoons on sunbeds, or moments of relaxation with natural views.

Lounge with sofa bed, comfortable for accommodating up to 2 additional adults

Outdoor heated swimming pool, with solarium and sun loungers



The swimming pool is heated by a heat pump and thermal blanket, maintaining an approximate temperature of 25 °C, considered standard for heated pools. Please note that a heated pool is not equivalent to a hot tub: the water is kept acclimatised, not hot.



For safety reasons, adverse weather conditions or maintenance needs, the property reserves the right to temporarily limit or suspend the use of the swimming pool.



The swimming pool is not fenced. Travellers staying with children must complete a form accepting the pool usage rules.

For this reason, making noise during the quiet hours, established between 22:00 and 08:00, is strictly prohibited in order to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
