Approximately 70 square meters in size, the house is spread over three levels connected by an internal staircase. It features a 65 square meter roof garden on the ground floor, offering a glimpse of the Gulf of Gaeta. The house comprises a ground floor with a kitchenette and fireplace, a dining area, and a small bathroom with a sink, toilet, and washing machine. The second floor features an air-conditioned living room with a double sofa bed, an armchair with a single bed, and access to a pleasant terrace with flowerbeds and trees, as well as a delightful balcony overlooking the alley. The third floor, the attic, houses a spacious air-conditioned double bedroom with a window and two skylights in the roof, and a bathroom with a large shower.
The vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and original period floors make the house particularly suitable for guests who appreciate the quality of traditional spaces and the charm of period homes.

Please note: as it is nestled in the narrow streets of the village, the house can only be reached on foot, by scooter, or by bicycle. Public parking is approximately 450 meters from the house.
