Villa Zabbara, independent and private pool

Villa Zabbara is a villa that is rented in its entirety and therefore in total exclusivity for our guests. It is immersed in the countryside just a few minutes from Balestrate, in a quiet and private position that allows you to experience the Sicilian countryside in calm and silence, while remaining close to the main places of interest in Western Sicily. From here it is easy to reach Castellammare del Golfo, the village of Scopello with its Faraglioni and the Ancient Tonnara, the Zingaro Reserve, Segesta with the Roman Temple and Pianto, San Vito Lo Capo, the medieval village of Erice, the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala, the Archaeological Park of Selinunte, Palermo and Cefalù.

The villa offers approximately 120 m2 internal and other external spaces. Inside there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge and utensils for six people, and a large living room with several dedicated areas: dining table for six people, round table for four, a study corner, TV with Netflix, stereo, music speaker, pellet stove and two sofas that can become two single beds. Comfort is guaranteed by two air conditioners in the rooms and a water heater for hot water. The rooms have blackout curtains and mosquito nets.

Outside there are two hectares of fenced olive grove. On the north side there is the 4x8 meter swimming pool, up to 1.20 m deep, flanked by a natural wooden solarium of approximately 40 m2 with four sun loungers and two large cushions. In front of the entrance there is a wooden pergola that shades a table for six people, while on the south side an open terrace, accessible from the living room or from an external staircase, offers further outdoor space.

The property is equipped with a video surveillance system active exclusively on the external intercom and on the camera located next to the gate, dedicated to access control and without any shot of the internal areas, the swimming pool, the solarium or the terrace.
