It is suitable for two couples or families, with the possibility of accommodating up to five people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.The interior spaces include a spacious kitchen living room equipped with a dishwasher and a coffee pod machine, two air conditioned double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers, one internal and one external in the garden area. The veranda with sea views offers a practical space for al fresco dining.Outside, there is a garden with a relaxation area and a hot tub, available for a supplement.The apartment is a practical solution for those who want to stay near the sea and have a convenient base for the main attractions of western Sicily.

A tourist tax of 1.50 per night is payable upon arrival for a maximum of 5 nights. Children under 14 are exempt.
Check ins will be handled in person; arrivals after 8:00 PM will be treated as late check ins and an additional 30.00 surcharge will be payable in cash upon check in.
Monthly reservations do not include utilities (electricity cost 0.50 per kWh), sheets, and a dryer.
Monthly stays require the signing of a rental agreement, which is completely free and without additional costs.
Security deposit of 200.00 for monthly reservations only, payable by bank transfer upon arrival
