The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, garage, and ramp for accessibility.
Due to its location in front of the beach, it's a lively area, so there may be some outside noise.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has two suites with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.

￫ Living room
The apartment has a living room with a privileged view of the beach, as well as a balcony, dining table and flat screen TV.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two en suite bathrooms with bathtubs and a powder room (bathtub temporarily unavailable).

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine (coffee not included).
Hot water temporarily unavailable in the kitchen.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

A land of fearless fishermen, Póvoa de Varzim became one of the best known seaside resorts in the North of Portugal from the second half of the 19th century.

Nowadays, Póvoa is a lively summer center, with excellent support infrastructures, including Olympic-sized swimming pools, tennis and squash gyms, and several sports fields.

Bathed by a wild sea appreciated by surfers (mostly in Aguçadoura Beach), its extensive and crowded sand takes several names, such as Praia do Hotel, da Lagoa, da Lada, dos Beijinhos or do Carvalhido, according to the concessionaires responsible for each space. The great agitation continues through the night in the many restaurants, bars and esplanades and in the famous Casino, one of the most beautiful and reputed of Portugal.

You will also be a short drive from Praia do Cabedelo, a paradise for windsurfers and kite surfers!

If you are traveling by plane, the best way to reach the property is by car. The apartment is 25km from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport. If you have a rental car, please notice that there's free parking in the building.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
