Villa Marineda es una casa ubicada en una zona privilegiada con espectaculares vistas al mar. Se encuentra situada en el camino de ronda entre Llafranc y Calella de Palafrugell, considerada una de las zonas más bonitas y con más encanto de la Costa Brava.

La casa está dividida en varios niveles que incluyen una sala de estar con chimenea, 2 suites con ducha, cama de matrimonio (180x200cm) y balcón con vistas al mar, una zona chill-out (cama individual de 90x200cm), 2 habitaciones dobles (2 camas de 90x180cm en cada una), una habitación con literas (90x190cm) y una habitación con cama individual (90x190cm). Además cuenta con una gran cocina totalmente equipada (fogones de gas, lavadora, lavavajillas, horno y microondas), 1 baño con bañera y otro con ducha; 2 aseos.
La casa se encuentra rodeada de grandes terrazas con preciosas vistas al mar, piscina de agua de mar (12×4.5m), jardín privado y garaje. Dispone de alarma. SÓLO se alquila a familias.

Esta casa se encuentra en Llafranc, uno de los pueblos más bonitos de la Costa Brava que destaca por su bonita playa de agua clara y cristalina, su paseo cubierto de pinos y su puerto náutico. En los restaurantes de Llafranc podrás degustar diferentes platos disfrutando de bonitas vistas al mar.
A pocos metros caminando nos encontramos en Calella de Palafurgell, un precioso pueblo de pescadores y unos de los lugares con más encanto de la Costa Brava.

In the restaurants of Llafranc you can taste different dishes enjoying beautiful views of the sea.
A few meters walking we find ourselves in Calella de Palafurgell, a beautiful fishing village and one of the most charming places on the Costa Brava.

Arrival time: 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the office we will give you the necessary information and directions to get to the apartment/houses.
*In case of arriving when the office is closed, it is mandatory to inform the agency in order to detail the delivery of keys.

If you arrive on SUNDAY, the office is ONLY open in the morning, from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. after that time it will be closed.

***IMPORTANT: In case you arrive outside office hours, we need you to inform us before your arrival, and we will give you a code to access the keys and the map to get to the apartment / house.
In this case, you will have to pay the entire reservation before your arrival. The local agency is not responsible for any problems that may occur while it is closed until the next office opening. We only offer you the possibility of collecting the keys for the ease of the client.

DEPARTURE FROM THE APARTMENT / HOUSE:
The keys must be returned to the same office where they were delivered
The apartment / house must be left at 10:00 a.m.

ANIMALS:
In case of bringing pets, you should inform the agency at the time of making the reservation, as you must have permission from the owner, and in case of being accepted, you must pay an extra cost of
35 euros / week

MAXIMUM CAPACITY:
Each apartment / house has a maximum capacity of people stipulated and detailed on the web. It is not possible to exceed this capacity, that is, there cannot be more people than the number that each accommodation indicates. In case of having to be more people during the stay or part of it, it is necessary to inform the agency to avoid misunderstandings and to confirm said possibility.

Sheets and towels are not included. They can be rented in the office with advance notice. Extra cost: €8/person sheets and €8/person towels.

The house does not have Wi-Fi, you can rent a device at the office (Extra cost: €50/week).
