Villa degli Ippocastani is a large and cozy, simple and functional solution, ideal for a quiet vacation in a residential area and less than 500 meters from the beach.
The large entrance veranda is shaded and furnished with outdoor tables and chairs, where you can dine al fresco.
On the back is a beautiful garden, partly paved and partly with lawn. Here is the outdoor shower, very useful when returning from the sea. You can also park your car inside the property.
The interior of Villa degli Ippocastani opens with a large living room furnished with dining room and sofas, accessorized with air conditioning, fireplace, TV, stove and ceiling blades. Next to it is the well-equipped kitchenette .
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, including 2 double rooms and 1 triple room with double + single bed. All the rooms are air-conditioned.
Finally, in the spacious hallway there are 2 bunk beds for a total of 11 beds.
Completing the vacation cottage are two bathrooms, both with showers.

Villa degli Ippocastani is located in a residential area, in San Pietro in Bevagna, a marina of Manduria along the coast of the Ionic Salento arch, famous for its beautiful soft sandy beaches and crystal blue sea.
The vacation cottage is just 500 meters from Campo dei Messapi beach. The center of San Pietro in Bevagna with all the main services can also be reached with a walk.
The location allows you to reach comfortably by car, in just 15 minutes, the famous beaches of Punta Prosciutto with its renowned lidos, but also Campomarino di Maruggio, and the town of Manduria with a beautiful historic center waiting to be discovered.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
