Villa Νatilia is a modern two-storey house in Sgombou, 5 minutes from Gouvia, 22 minutes from Corfu airport, with a sunny pool (8m X 4m), beautiful gardens and unobstructed sea and bay views.
The property is located in an olive grove, in a quiet area, away from it all. It is spacious enough for a family or group of five (5) people, accommodating three (3) air-conditioned bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms.There is also the possibility of sleeping two (2) more guests on two comfortable sofas on request.
LayoutA small staircase ends on a covered balcony and the house main entrance, opening onto an open-plan space on the ground floor, with a dining area, living room, and fully equipped kitchen and a side shower / WC room.

An internal marble staircase lands on the upper floor, which features a twin, a single and the main bedroom that shares a modern shower / WC room.
