We are pleased to inform you that the villa from the 2023 season has direct access to the beach within the plot.
Our beach below the villa has two umbrellas and four sun beds for private use by our clients.

This is an amazing 4 bedroom villa, providing full privacy, with a private heated infinity pool, direct beach access, Jacuzzi on the pool and playground for the children.

The villa consists of three floors: Semi-basement, ground floor and first floor which are connected by an internal staircase.
The Semi-basement consists of a bedroom with en suite bathroom, laundry room and Playroom for the children.
The ground floor is open plan and includes a fully fitted kitchen complete with all appliances, a dining area, a sitting area with, guest-toilette, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From the main level you can enjoy direct access to the pool for relaxing and sunbathing.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a terrace with amazing sea view.
The Villa has Private parking, swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas, safe, air conditioning, wireless internet access, satellite TV. The villa It is just a 40-minute drive from Corfu Airport, a 15-minute drive to the supermarket and a great taverna just a 5-minute walk away.

The villa are ideal for all ages, are fully air-conditioned, have wireless internet access, a first aid kit and a safe. Four hair dryers are provided. If you are traveling with young children, let us know and we can offer you a chair / chair if needed.
The owner live within walking distance of the villa and personally monitor the rental of the villas as well as customer service, ensuring that their guests' stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The pool at this villa is fitted with a Pool Heat Pump and with an isothermal cover with manual roller, to ensure that the temperature of the water is perfect for swim even if the weather isn’t being particularly kind. Pool heaters can bring the pool temperature between 26℃ to 28℃ making it  warm enough for everybody to fully enjoy their villa.

Due to the hot weather in the peak summer months, the pool heating will be switched off. Hopefully the water will already be warm enough!!!

Our beach front of property with direct access (25 meters) is fabulous for swimming, with clear water, also about 10 min walk is the Halikounas beach (4km sandy beach) one of the largest and most beautiful beaches of Corfu - ideal for those early morning walks or jogging.

CLIMATE RESILIENCE TAX
As of the 1st of January 2024, the Greek government imposed a new tax known as the Climate resilience Tax which applies to all stays in short-term rental accommodation in Greece from 2024 onwards.
Owners of all short-term rental accommodation are legally obliged to collect from their guests the Climate Resilience Tax for all overnight stays (per villa) as follows:
€15.00 per night on stays between March 1 and October 31, &
€4.00 per night on stays between November 1 and February 28/29.
The relevant Climate Resilience Tax is to be paid at the property IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL.
All owners are then obliged to remit these monies on your behalf to government authorities.
Under no circumstances is this relative to the accommodation rental charges.
