Waterfront Lagoon Home, Beach Haven West, LBI

Single family beach house with 60' on water with dock for your 30' boat and 2 floating docks for your jet skies. Ideal for 2 families up to 8 occupants. 1st floor has 27' x 29' game room with ping pong table , darts and 55' TV. 2nd floor features an open floor plan between fully equipped kitchen and living room. Also, 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed) (1 with 2 twins) and 1 bathroom. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms with full size bed, bunk beds, 2 single beds, 1 bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. Each room has either a built in wall AC or window units. There is a total of 5 TV's and 1 Xbox. Each TV has all local OTA channels and can stream all popular internet TV apps, HBO GO,Netflix,starz,CBS all access etc. Backyard contains upper deck with large table, motorized awning, grill, grade level deck with lounge chairs, fire pit, outside shower and sink. Go swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing and crabbing from your backyard. Included are 3 kayaks,3 bikes, crab traps, inflatables, beach chairs and life vests. Boat ride to the bay is 4 min (without wake). You will be very close to the popular boat anchorage (Ship Bottom Sand Bar) on LBI. Driveway has parking for 4 cars. Location is 5 minutes from the LBI beaches and 28 min from Atlantic City.

Sorry but we only rent our home to families and couples over 25... no groups of young adults. Our home is in a quiet, pristine neighborhood and we respect our neighbors. No smoking. Accident free pets are welcome.

Families are responsible to bring their own sheets and towels. If you prefer, there are linen service companies very close to deliver and pickup whatever you may need.

Min 6 night stay for summer weeks. Sunday is change over day during the summer. Min 2 or 4 night stay all other times. Check in is at 4pm and check out is 11am.

New to our home for 2019 is a complete new bulkhead with much larger dock. It could now
accommodate a 40' boat with the 2 jetski floating docks also. Please look for the new pictures at the end. Note that the fence at the bulkhead is now gone. The side fences now go out to the water so its still fine for your dog to stay in the yard without a leash

We had a wonderful time. Joe and Nancy have a lovely house - they were very gracious and accommodating to make sure we had a great stay. Hanging out on the deck, overlooking the water was so peaceful and relaxing!! And when i wanted to move, kayaking, biking, taking a walking was the way to go!

Clean, Comfortable and Amazing Backyard

We had a really great stay. The communication with the owners was easy and anything we needed they were immediate with a response and suggestions for local places. The house is clean, spacious and the backyard is breathtaking. The kids LOVED the access to the kayaks and being right on the water crabbing every day. We were really happy with our recent stay and grateful for the opportunity.

Perfect Getaway in Beach Haven West

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house on a lagoon. The location is absolutely ideal and peaceful, yet just a short drive to Long Beach Island and all the restaurants and shops nearby.The house itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space is great for morning coffee, grilling, or just relaxing. We didn’t have ideal weather but the ping pong table and darts kept us entertained. The host was responsive and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish.Highly recommend if you're looking for a laid-back coastal escape

Lagoon living

We had a great time. The owner was very responsive, and helped navigate us to activities we would enjoy. The house was immaculate considering pets were allowed. We brought our dog and he had a great vacation too. Access to the beaches and restaurants were great. I highly recommend this property and I will refer friends and family. It was nice to have our adventure dialed in by a family home who’s been there long enough to reveal the beautiful secrets of LBI. It was our first time there and definitely not our last. Too notch all the way!!👍

Very nice

We stayed at this house the last week in August 2019. Joseph allowed us to check in early the day of our arrival. We had a couple questions about the house throughout our stay and we were always able to reach Joseph or receive an immediate response. The house was very clean and fully stacked with kitchen needs. This was our first time staying on the manahawken side of the bridge and it was wonderful. The kids loved the lagoon. The house was equipped with crab cages, fishing nets, kayaks, etc. Since the beach was closed for 3 days, this really came in handy. We would absolutely stay here again.

We Couldn't Be Happier!

Since staying at Nancy and Joe's home on the water I've come to realize that there are two types of vacation rentals. One type of vacation rental is just that. Renting someone's house and nothing more. The appliances are dated, the furniture is worn and the paint looks as though it's been through a war. Worst of all the mattresses...well you're better off sleeping on the floor. The other type of rental is what you are paying for here. With Nancy and Joe's property you aren't renting their house. You are renting their "Home." It's obvious the moment you pull into the driveway and step through the door that they take pride in having guests in their home. The appliances are state of the art (including the washer and dryer), the floors are immaculate, the paint looks wonderful and the beds were BEYOND COMFORTABLE! We even took notice of the beautiful blinds hanging on the windows. And that's just inside their home. The yard is equally as impressive and there's no denying the view of the water. It was breathtaking to say the least. Our stay was so pleasant and Nancy and Joe were extremely attentive to any questions we had. The questions were few as they did a great job of having everything ready for our stay. Our stay didn't feel like we paid for a vacation rental. It felt more as though Mr. and Mrs. Yanker invited us to stay as guests in their home. There's a big difference. Thanks again to you both for giving us yet another chance to make beautiful memories with our children. We look forward to staying next April. -Kris, Freddy, Sophia, Nina and Beckham.

A cozy few days at the shore

We came to Beach Haven West (LBI) to attend a celebration of life for my BIL. This cozy home could not have been more comfortable and inviting. The gas fireplace was easy to use, and was added to the coziness. We enjoyed the view of the canal and the boats out back. It was a very cold weekend so sadly we could not enjoy the patio area on the water 🙁 As we have stayed in many pet friendly properties, the cleanliness of the property was certainly a welcome surprise. The owner of the property was very attentive to our needs, and easy to communicate with. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!

Joe and Nancy are excellent hosts. Their home is well-stocked and had everything we needed. The back decks are awesome; we particularly loved the ping pong table and corn hole!
