¡Usted y su familia adorarán este BAY FRONT Beach Home cómodamente amueblado con una gran terraza y vistas increíbles de Sunset!

Esta propiedad es un segundo piso de un dúplex con 3 dormitorios y 1. 5 baños en cada piso. Es una propiedad frente a la bahía que está a solo una cuadra de Ocean Beach. Muy fácil acceso a la bahía y a la playa. Para su placer y conveniencia, ofrecemos 4 insignias de playa (los niños menores de 12 años son gratis) y sillas de playa. Un kayak está disponible para nuestros huéspedes sin costo adicional (compartido por las dos plantas) con fácil acceso a la bahía para el lanzamiento en nuestro patio trasero. Nuestra gran playa renovada cuenta con un salvavidas a tiempo completo durante la temporada alta.

Cocina totalmente equipada, televisor de pantalla plana de 40 'y un cómodo y agradable sofá seccional te harán sentir como en casa. Dos habitaciones tienen cama queen size con colchones cómodos NUEVOS DE ALTA CALIDAD y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble con dos camas individuales. Parrilla de barbacoa de gas Gates en la cubierta. Por favor, no fumar. No se proporcionan sábanas / toallas. Lavadora y secadora se encuentran abajo en el área del garaje.

Se requiere un depósito de la mitad del plazo de alquiler en el momento de la reserva, ya que es un contrato firmado y el saldo del alquiler se debe un mes antes del check-in. Sábados de sábado a sábado Check in a las 3 pm, echa un vistazo a las 10 a. M.

A pocos pasos de los numerosos restaurantes (Daddy O está a solo unas calles de distancia, es un restaurante agradable, famoso por sus horas felices :-)), heladería y un lugar para comer DOM's está muy cerca, licorería, tienda de alimentación y tienda de regalos. Minigolf está disponible a poca distancia. Equipos de pesca, kayaks, tablas de surf, motos de agua están disponibles para alquilar cerca.

VEN Y DISFRUTA de mañanas apacibles con amaneceres gloriosos, tardes llenas de actividades divertidas y pies de arena y por la noche disfruta de la brisa suave y cálida de la tarde y puestas de sol absolutamente maravillosas mientras descansas en el sillón con una copa de tu vino favorito. O disfrute de su propia comida frente al mar en nuestra amplia terraza con vista a la bahía. ¿Qué puede ser más relajante?

We loved our stay here. Getting to watch the sunset every evening was such a nice way to end the day. The walk to the beach was short and quick despite being on the bay.

This unit was absolutely perfect for a long weekend girls trip with my mom and daughter. It had everything we needed and was super clean upon arrival. The location is great in relation to the beach which is a short walk from the unit. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck overlooking the bay—the sunsets are AMAZING! Being an 2nd floor unit, it has a lot of steps, definitely got my daily steps in easily, but worth noting for elderly or if you bring pets. Our host was extremely helpful and quick to respond!! We will not hesitate returning for our next trip.

Not too bad of a stay. Nice proximity to the beach but bay access was lacking and too many damned mosquitos. They would do well to build a dock on the bay.Their definite strength is the alacrity of their communication response, which may be their strategy to allay concerns and beguile the easy going travelers.

Great Stay

Amazing view of sunsets on the bay, quick walk to the ocean. Property was right near everything, my wife, children (6 + 1) and I had a really great stay, highly recommend the property.

Cozy house in a great location

We booked this house for our wedding as we were having it LBI. Viktoriya was very responsive and help full before, throughout, and even after the stay. The house is in an ideal location. Will most likely stay again at some point.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful LBI home. Quick walk to the beach with unbeatable views of the sunset on the bay. The house itself was very comfortable with more than enough room to fit our family. The beds/mattresses were pleasant to sleep on and we really enjoyed having dinners on the outside deck. Family vacation on LBI

Loved our time on LBI! House was in a great location! Bay front, with easy one-block walk to the beach. We took advantage of the kayak and fire pit, and we grilled two delicious dinners! Inside was cozy, room with bunk beds was very small. We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Sunsets

This was a cozy escape right on the bay. The sunset each night was fantastic! It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. There was plenty of living space for 3 adults The only complaint would be the noise from the busy road. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way

From stunning sunsets to ease of getting to the beach, this property delivered on all you need for a great LBI vacation. Traveling with a baby meant less room for beach items, but because Kevin provided chairs, an umbrella and even boogie boards, he had that covered for us. The added bonus of being on the bay with kayaks meant opportunities for even more fun!!! Thanks Kevin and Viktoriya allowing us to have a wonderful time

Our Beach Vacation

We had a great time at your lovely beach house. I loved that my dog was able to come with us too. We loved the deck in the AM/PM the views were lovely!! Only comments would be getting to the beach to kayak was a bit hazardous the rocks were unsteady would be nice to have a stable walkway to get back and forth. And the bedroom with bunk beds didnt have adequate clothing storage. Other than that we loved everything and had a wonderful time! Thank you.

Our stay was great. Thank you. The only thing that I found negative was the late ability of getting in. Unless you own hundreds of properties and only hire one cleaning organization it should not take til 400 pm to go in. Also this is a pet friendly unit so I know owner is aware people travel far pets are not allowed on beach so your first day is a wash out. The day you leave is sooo early 10 am but no cleaners come til late because of your 4 pm entrance rule so why do we have to leave early ?so you lose another day because you can’t bring pets on beach and you can’t stay there. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay but really it’s a five day stay not seven . Thank you june

The evening show! and more...

As a long time visitor to LBI, I knew the Island and location well so I was happy for this location where you can walk to many places and be close to both the beach and the bay. My reasons for choosing this property were: 1. The bay front view. 2. The ability to bring my pup 3. The rental cost. And this property did not disappoint!! Going in with an understanding that the structure is one of the older more traditional properties, we just wanted clean and accessible and that is what we got. The top deck view of the evening sunset is amazing. I brought my own cushions for the Adirondack deck chairs which we were glad we did because we spent two hours out there every night. You can start your morning with some quick kayaking and then walk to the beach. The owners supply beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys. The house is clean and rooms have beachy decor. The deck has a gate so pups or kids cannot fall down the steep stairs. The owners were very quick to reply via text to all questions. We were glad to have spent some time here. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us!

The view !!!

My husband, my dog and I had a great time at this little gem tucked away in October. The view of the bay from the living area and deck is to die for . I never tired of it. The beach is 1 block away so the location is amazing. We cooked in the more than ample kitchen almost every night. We had a fabulous time away!

Extended Stay on LBI

2nd fl duplex was clean and had all we needed. Views of bay were amazing . A block walk to beach - crossing busy main road - house is in between 2 lights which made crossing manageable . Overall it met our needs to extend our stay but somewhat busy noisy road . Walkable to Daddios .

2nd Floor Bay Front Rental

We really enjoyed our week at this property! The unit was lovely, clean and spacious. The deck views of the bay and sunset were awesome! The beach was such a short walk as well. It was the perfect location to enjoy both the bay and the beach. The only downside is that this property does not have a dock - so the only access to the bay is over rocks and onto the marsh at low tide. A dock would have been preferable to enter the bay for us, but other than that we loved our stay!

FANTASTIC!

We absolutely loved this house, especially the deck and the view of the beautiful bay and oh boy, the sunsets!You are literally sitting feet from the bay. We brought a kayak but there is a single one there, and rentals nearby. Great location to a deli (walking distance) and short drive to restaurants. Only one block to the beach! Perfect! The house inside is lovely and super clean and comfortable. We’ve never seen a better stocked kitchen in a rental. Just like home. Decor is beautiful and the large windows provide a wonderful view. Love the outdoor showers; nice and clean. Laundry room downstairs has many beach chairs, boogey boards and beach toys. Great washer and dryer. There are tall stairs outside to the upper floor (where we were) which may be an issue for some. We were okay with it, just something to know.. The owners are just super nice, kind and friendly, very responsive. I just cannot say enough about our week there. It was just awesome. I’d give it more than five stars if I could! Our family loved our week there.

Beautiful location

This was a nice property, right on the bay. The house was clean and the owners were quick to respond to my texts. The only issue I had was in the description it said to bring your own sheets and towels, but nothing about bringing your own toilet paper, dish detergent, garbage bags, etc. That would have been a big help.

The view is amazing!!

We come to LBI every summer and have rented in different areas. Brant Beach is our favorite! This home is located on LBI Boulevard on the bay side. Short walk to the beach if you don’t have little kids to cross the busy road. The bay view was spectacular and relaxing. We enjoyed peaceful rides in the kayak. Will definitely rent this property again!

Great place to rent!

I rented this property for my 30th birthday and had a wonderful time! The pictures of the bay don’t do the view justice. The house is clean and welcoming. There is plenty of parking and a short walk to the beach as well as access to the bay. The hosts are very communicative and we can’t wait to rent here again!’

Whew, what a view!

Nice, clean, well kept duplex right on the bay. Wonderful sunsets. Close to the beach. LBI offers lots of choices. For a walker like me, the town is great for walking (north or south); also nice trails near LBI. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the duplex and in LBI. We will be back.
