Why Tim chose Cocoa Beach
The beach access is right at the building and their are Lifeguards stationed all day. Most places do not have Lifeguards at the beach in front of the building. Nice touch. Local restaurants and shopping is just a walk away. But if you choose to ride, use our Beach Cruiser bikes for a nice ride around town. Their are bike lanes all around town for your use.
What makes this Condo unique
You can drive into an underground private parking lot and take your groceries right up to your room via the private elevator. We even have shopping carts for you to use. No need to get wet in the rain or fumble around with your bags here at the Boardwalk.

We love our stay at Unit 504, 15 N Atlantic Blvd. Cocoa Beach, FL.
The unit is verywell furnished and we found everything needed.
The ambiance surronding the buiding is awsome. The Beach is wonderful with a lot of people going around. There are restaurants, bars, music just feet away, but because of the 5th floor and being the second unit away from the noise, we never hear any noise.
We had access in the garage under the buiding with a reserve place for the car and there is room to store our bicycles.
Great Location with magnificent view of the ocean
Tim was a pleasure to rent from, I had questions twice and I received e-mails within the hour with my questions being answered. The location was perfect! You could walk to Coconuts or downtown, it was at your door. The parking was under the building making it very convenient. As a mom of two boys I was very pleased to find the washer and dryer right in the unit so I was able to wash their beach towels and clothes daily. First time ever returning home with no dirty clothes! Being on the 5th floor you had a beautiful view straight out to the ocean. In the evening on the balcony you could hear the live music from next door and it was really nice, not too loud, and in fact you can't hear it at all if the doors are closed. I personally found it very enjoyable to listen to while reading and having a glass of wine! It was spring break when we were there and you wouldn't of known it. The beach was a bit busy but nothing crazy. I highly recommend the property.
Mixed bag in cocoa beach
I'm an older individual who wanted beach time with a couple of friends and a break from the Northwest weather. The condo appealed because it was beach front and the condo itself was very nice, but the area was more like Panama City--which I visited in my younger days--than I would have liked--a noisy bar next door (not sure about an earlier review that indicated the noise was not a problem because we found the music to be loud enough that we had to close the sliding glass door to enjoy some peace and quiet when the band was cranked up) and lots of spring breakers on the beach. My fault for not checking it out better. That said, we generally enjoyed our stay except for the four days when the Army Corps of Engineers were "replenishing" the beach. The owner kindly offered a discount on a future stay for the inconvenience. The positives in the area include a number of great restaurants, a fabulous municipal pool for lap swimming nearby, a national wildlife refuge nearby, a front-row seat to any liftoffs at Cape Canaveral (we saw one), kayak and paddle board rentals nearby. For families there seems to be a lot to do in the area and the condo is well-equipped for families. Owner has boogie boards, kids toys, beach chairs, etc. And the beach is lovely, kept "well-groomed" by the Keep Brevard Beautiful folks who regularly patrol the beach and pick up trash.
I so sorry you feel this way about Cocoa Beach. For the record Cocoa Beach is NOT anything like Panama City. There are no Spring Breakers here (actually Spring Breakers come at the end of March when Spring Break occur). Cocoa Beach and this building are mostly rented by mature couples and families. The first review is correct when they stated the music from the bar around the corner is not load or bothersome. They were a mature couple from beautiful Canada and were our guest for this January and February. I'm also sorry about the US Corp of Engineers working on the beach. But the work they do insures we have gorgeous beaches to play on.
