2 Bedroom/1 Bath beachside home with private fenced yard, 3 outdoor living areas (1 covered), fire pit area, private air-conditioned exercise room and more.
House has 4 beds, smart TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, gas grill, Keurig coffee machine and French press along with a fully stocked kitchen.
Booking also includes the use of two 2021 beach bikes, a soft top surfboard, and a full assortment of quality beach gear including 3 boogie boards, a beach umbrella, 3 beach chairs, and a wagon to get it to the sand with ease.

Located in the non-commercialized area of Cocoa Beach, you will be able to walk (or bike) to many local gems including restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, and boutiques for the full local experience!
