The living areas in this home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, highchair, Smart TV and woodburning stove, a utility with washer/dryer, a pantry, a snug with TV, and a study. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a ground-floor double, all with en-suites, and a further double, serviced by a shower room and a cloakroom, and 2 ground-floor singles. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, hot tub, summerhouse with sofa bed, and off-road parking for three cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This is a smoke-free property. Please note: The property may not be suitable for guests who may need assistance to evacuate in the event of a fire. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles and a pub in 1.5 miles. 2 The Croft is a wonderful base for a large group break to North Yorkshire. Note: There is a small stream at the bottom of the garden; please take care. Note: Minimum 3 night stays only. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 550 GBP.

This lovely market town has much to interest the enthusiastic visitor, boasting an ancient castle open to the public, a beautiful old parish church and a colourful market occupying the cobbled setts each side of the high street. In 2014, The Sunday Times named Skipton as Britain's "best place to live" and two years later placed it among the nine best towns in Yorkshire and the North-East. Steam railways with regular excursions are available at Embsay and Bolton Abbey, and the Leeds to Liverpool Canal passes through Skipton with the 1 mile long Foulridge Tunnel and the 5-rise locks at Bingley within a short travel. Golf, swimming, squash, tennis and snooker are all available locally and the excellent public transport means the car can be left at home!
