The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a previously used flour mill, which was later repurchased as a Nestle warehouse and has since been converted into charmingly refurbished apartments.

Based in the very centre of York, within the city walls. You are a 2-minute walk from the famous 'Shambles' and many more attractions.

Sat on the quiet river Foss the apartment is so central it doesn't have a designated parking space but there is plenty of local parking nearby.

York is famous for its independent shops, cafes and restaurants and we are lucky enough to be situated just around the corner from the most up and coming road - 'Fossgate' where you will find the above in abundance.



Interaction with Guests:

It provides convenient access to York’s City Centre which is only a few minute's walk away whilst providing a quiet and relaxing ambience.



Fossgate is on the doorstep and offers numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.



The Famous ‘Shambles’ is just a short stroll away. Again within a few minutes walk you have The Q Park (Shambles) car park and a couple of large supermarkets.
