Nestled among the cedars at the end of a peninsula, enjoy the privacy and beauty of Pike Lake and the Superior National Forest, and a cozy waterfront/lakeside cabin that sleeps up to five.

As a traveler, you'll love the cabin's amenities, including a queen bed in the main floor bedroom, and a queen and twin bed upstairs in the sleeping loft. The cabin has fast WiFi, a gas grill on the massive front deck, a lakeside fire pit, and a bathroom/laundry with washer/dryer combo unit, sink/vanity, and shower.

The fully stocked kitchen, complete with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, makes it easy to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy with a view of the lake. The dining room table also has plenty of room for playing games. All linens, dishes, toiletries, paper towels, cooking utensils, etc. are provided. Relax in the living room or step outside and take in the captivating lake views and enjoy the loons calling as you sip your coffee or unwind with a beverage. On chilly evenings, cozy up by the wood stove with a good book.

Lovely quiet cabin set on a beautiful lake. Plenty of outside space for suppers, campfire, and enjoying the lake. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools and dishware. Great place to unplug and connect with nature. This was a great location to escape the very hot summer temps. Boaters take note that the lake access is about six miles away on a winding, narrow road. Also note that this VRBO limits the amount of trash you can leave behind.

The property was lovely. Unfortunately, the cabin did not have A/C and we had 93 degree temps for three days when we were there making our stay uncomfortable. Also, the shower floor was very slippery and there was no shower mat available for safety. Suggested to me to go out and buy one. Appliances were up to date. Kitchen well stocked. Bed very comfortable. And the cabin overlooked Pike Lake. It really is a very lovely place. Just check the temps before you make plans.

Cozy Cottage on the Lake

Relaxing area with a beautiful lake. Loved fishing off the dock located on the property. The cottage was very clean and accommodated all our needs.

Great place to stay!

This was a great stay. The view of the lake and seclusion of the woods was amazing. The cabin was clean and well-kept. Easy access to Grand Marais. The host is very responsive and the check in was simple. Greatly enjoyed our trip!

Wonderful property

My husband and I loved our stay at the Pike Lake getaway in Grand Marais. The lodging was comfortable and clean and the lake fishing was great. A lovely secluded spot that was also very close to lots of parks and hiking.

Very relaxing. Had everything we needed. Beautiful lake. We were lucky to view an outstanding northern light show. Patio and grill were great. No dvd player. VHS? )We saw a bear while walking. Really enjoyed this cabin.

Beautiful Secluded Location

We enjoyed canoeing on the lake, fishing from the dock, and sitting by the fire. This cabin was exactly what we were expecting. It was like a beautiful private campground with the benefit of a comfortable cabin. Completely relaxing and lovely.

Beautiful Fall Retreat

Peaceful and relaxing. We love the indoor wood stove for cozy morning reading as well as the large deck for the same with coffee. Great Lake and star views from the outdoor fire pit. The sunsets are glorious! We are repeat guests.
