Bari Marconi Station, with connections to the beautiful towns of Polignano, Monopoli, and Alberobello, is just over 5 minutes away.

The apartment comprises a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom, and balcony.

The interior space is organized as follows:

Activating and deactivating air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 no. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6/10/2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The lighting period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by law.

Bari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22nd to March 23rd.

Located in the beating heart of the city, with its rich events, its clubs, typical fish restaurants: just 15 minutes walk from Bari Vecchia, a few blocks from the most prestigious shopping streets and equally close to the most important cultural incubators, such as the Petruzzelli Theater, the Margherita Theater, the cinemas, the squares where concerts, reviews, international festivals such as the Bifest. Walking along the seafront you can reach the famous beach of Pane e Pomodoro, practice jogging and many outdoor activities. The strategic position of Madame Bari ' allows comfortable travel by train or bus to the main tourist destinations, such as Polignano, Monopoli, Alberobello. You will feel at home, welcomed in a relaxing and comfortable environment.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: You can reach the apartment by taking bus R95.09 to Bari Centrale train station. From there, take bus 2 to the N. Sauro (Forestale) stop, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: Take bus 23 to the Masaniello-Oberdan stop, a 6-minute walk from the apartment.

- IF YOU'RE TRAVELING BY CAR: The apartment is located outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone) and can be reached by car. Street parking is available on paid blue lines. Alternatively, you can park at Silopark Sonnino, located at Corso Sidney Sonnino 25/A, 750 meters from the apartment.
