Relax in this peaceful two-bedroom, two-bath retreat, nestled on a two-acre lot with expansive views of Santa Fe and the surrounding mountains. A short drive to the historic Santa Fe Plaza, Meow Wolf, and the Santa Fe River Trail, this lovely home welcomes all who enter.
Unwind in the spacious living room with its comforting wood-burning stove, and stunning, wood-beam, vigas ceiling. Enjoy your favorite beverage and food at the table in the living room, in the comfortable kitchen, or at the patio table outside. This completely-remodeled house is free of carpet, stairs and steps, and offers wheelchair-accessible living spaces, master bedroom, and bath. A large utility room includes a washer and dryer. Delight in the pleasures that this central heated, air-conditioned sanctuary offers! Please Note: there is a 3-night minimum. Also, because we travel back and forth from Austin, TX, it's likely that we may be on site during your stay. While this space is attached above the house, it has a separate parking, entrance, HVAC system.

This is a really cute house and super convenient for going out and exploring in and around Santa Fe. The host had lots of small touches that I really appreciated, like brochures for nearby activities. Having laundry was a huge bonus too. My only issue was the beds were too firm for me.

Great location and beautiful property. The beds were our only complaint. They were super hard and uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a brick wall. Everything else was fantastic. The hosts were thoughtful and informative. The kitchen was fully stocked, and having access to the washer/dryer was extremely helpful. We'd come back here if only the mattresses were replaced!

Wonderful

Beautiful property! I was worried about it being an apartment but my concern was a waste of time. It felt very private and quiet. We loved our stay, the views, the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Highly recommend this property. The photos do not do it justice.

We had a great visit! The host was very easy to work with, had a quick response time, and sent very thorough information about the home a few days prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and comfortable visit. The house was very clean, well organized, fully stocked, and had more than we expected - plenty of blankets, towels, sheets, and kitchen supplies. The hosts did a great job of including all the little comforts of a home as well - small fan and space heater if needed, throw blankets, lots of books, magazines, and games. Plenty of wood available for the outside fire pit. (Even extra bird seed in a bin to refill bird feeders - which we didn't need for our visit because they were full when we arrived.) We enjoyed watching the birds in the afternoon. The house is very spacious and the furniture is comfortable (matresses are on the firm side). Living room is large with high ceilings and plenty of seating room to spread out. It is handcap friendly. The location is perfect - tucked away so it feels private and relaxing from the hustle and bustle of cars and busy streets however it is only a short 3-5 minute drive from the Plaza area with all of the must see historical churches, shops, and restaurants. Walmart, drug store, and grocery store within a 3-5 min drive as well. The hosts even took the time to leave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants and must do adventures - it truly was one of the best experiences that we've had and we travel often.Highly recommend!

Great spot for a ski trip with lovely views

We had a great time at this VRBO! The photos don’t do the place justice. It’s the lower half of the house with a private entrance and great views of the hills and mountains. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. The unit was thoughtfully stocked- didn’t want or need for anything. Spacious and comfortable for us to make as a home base for ski trip. Would recommend the hosts, thanks for having us!

Lovely and spacious!

Super accommodations! This home is spacious, impeccably clean and well equipped with everything one could need. We spent most of the days out and about, but nice to come to. Beds were comfortable and nice linens. Short gravel road to entrance up the hill. Minutes from downtown and plaza. Owners left a sweet welcome goodie bag. Thank you! Would definitely stay again!

AMAZING!

The house was perfect! The owners were easy to reach and quick to respond. They left a wonderful welcome package too! This house is In the perfect location to see the most beautiful sunrises and to get to town quickly. I would definitely recommend this home to others for a stay in Santa Fe! If I ever go back to this quaint town, I will definitely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home during our mini vacation!

Spacious Santa Fe

This spacious house was centrally located. So many activities were within 15 minutes. Once you are downtown you can walk to everything. We took a day trip to Albuquerque since it was less than an hour away. The host was amazing. The house was fully stocked and the property is beautiful. Do yourself a favor and sit outside by the fire. The view is breathtaking.

Excellent House

This house is great. Super clean, convenient, and cozy. Spacious for our 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Very smooth communication with the owner. I will stay here again when visiting Santa Fe in the future. My only concern is the vent in the master bedroom is too loud. It did disturb me on the first night, but I got used to it since the second night. I give it 5-star anyway because the loud vent is nothing comparing to the many advantages of this house.

The ideal place

We stayed here for a week, over Thanksgiving 2019, with my daughter. The house is spacious and shows that the owner has carefully considered what guests may need and provided them. We even found a lovely goodie bag greeting us when we arrived, filled with helpful and whimsical things - we made good use of all but one of them. We loved having a full kitchen and even cooked dinner for friends one night. The only alert we'd suggest is that the side roads and driveways in this part of town - about seven minutes from the Plaza - are unpaved, so in rainy or snowy weather, a 4WD/AWD is helpful. The views across the city toward the mountains are just beautiful. We really loved this house and will try to come back next time we're in Santa Fe.

Fabulous

My Dad and I stayed in this lovely home for a long weekend. We came to see an opera and we were only 15 minutes away from the Crosby Theatre. The pictures do not convey how beautiful this property is. Josie and Ges had a gift bag waiting for us with treats and water bottles etc for us to use. This place is so close to town yet you feel so far removed. It was quiet and peaceful. I wish we could have stayed longer! The next time I’m in Santa Fe I will definitely book this property again. We had a lovely conversation with Ges after our arrival. He was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

Santa Fe Opera Trip 2022

My husband and I visited Santa Fe for the Opera season and loved our stay at Casa Tres Arroyos. We were close to town AND the Opera house, so it's definitely a very convenient location. The house was very clean and roomy. Our hosts, Josie and Ges, were/are extremely welcoming, kind, and hospitable. The "gift" bag we received had reusable water bottles, snacks, cleaning cloths, and two reusable shopping bags. All anyone needs to bring are their clothes and the desire to enjoy Santa Fe. The house has complete kitchen appliances, grill, laundry room, King and Queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, much living room space, and GORGEOUS views of Santa Fe. The sunrise and sunset views from Casa Tres Arroyos are spectacular! We are looking forward to staying there on another trip to beautiful Santa Fe.

Best Stay in Santa Fe

We had such a great stay here, and it truly became a home away from home! The property was beautiful, close to downtown, and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. Prior to checkin they sent us a list of things to do in Santa Fe that were accessible, and they even provided a bag of goodies upon our arrival. The house was stocked with everything we needed, even an emergency kit with all the random needs you might have. There's plenty of room to spread out, comfortable beds and furniture, games, and plenty of outdoor space to watch the beautiful sunsets. You can see mountain views all around you. The best things for us was to have a fully accessible bathroom and floor layout, so we didn't have to worry about bringing extra equipment. They even had a shower chair! The house was perfect for two couples. Ges and Josie are so thoughtful and welcoming, we'll definitely stay here when we return to Santa Fe! Thank you, Ges and Josie!!

Perfect Respit from Everyday Life

A stay like this, in the Santa Fe area, with all the surroundings easily within reach, is a perfect get-a-way to embrace a home away from home style of comfort and ease. I have not traveled for awhile, and it was easy for me to feel like I belonged in the space for the few days I was there. Plenty of space for guests, amenities all around, including the outside with a fire pit and table and chairs one might not expect to use, however, very easy to access and enjoy. Everything at our fingertips to feel like this was my own home. The buzz words are comfort and relaxation, perfect dwelling place for the Santa Fe area. I will return, and this address will be my first choice to book, provided it is available. It may be 10 years, the way I travel, however, the handicap enhancements assure an easy way for me to have a pleasant stay should that become a need in my future. Don't miss out on this property. A great find!

Quiet, Comfortable, and Beautiful

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in this gorgeous VRBO, a short drive from Santa Fe’s central Plaza. Opening the door on arriving, we were stunned—the listing's photos could not capture the sense of space or the impact of the beautiful decor. The living room was ample enough for 2 seating areas plus a dining corner with folk-art table and chairs. A soaring cathedral ceiling enhanced the room's spaciousness. The huge master bedroom included seating and desk areas and featured a very comfortable king-size bed. Bedding and all other linens provided were luxurious and immaculate. The master bathroom contained a large, tiled, walk-in shower with a bench. The open kitchen offered amenities needed for even a long-term stay; it was spotlessly clean and filled with light from windows with great views—sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. We did not use the second bedroom (or its full bathroom), but these looked comfortable and quiet. The laundry room was well supplied. A thoughtful touch was the bag of treats waiting for our arrival. Despite the fact that our hosts (who live part-time in a small, connected house) were in residence while we stayed next door to them, we rarely saw and never heard them, except when they welcomed us. Communications were easy; clearly, these hosts care a lot about creating a welcoming, lovely, and safe place for their guests. Our stay here was memorable—we’d come back again in a heartbeat. Terrific, Comfortable, Welcoming

Quaint property, with all of the comforts of home. The owner was very nice and helpful. Centrally located, and has a nice outdoor space with gorgeous views. My friend and I were visiting for an event, and it was great to come back and relax in the evening. If we come back again, I will definitely try to book again!

Great and timely communication from our host. A wonderful info sheet left in the house was very useful. House was provisioned far beyond our expectations including a wide assortment of coffees and teas. Quality kitchen utensils and nice outside grill.

I discovered this property while visiting Santa Fe for my birthday. Ges and I had been looking for a forever home for when we're both retired. We immediately fell in love with the awesome views outside and the gorgeous vigas, wood ceiling inside.
