The maisonette accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring two separate bedrooms for 4 guests and a sofa bed in the living area for 2 additional guests if needed. An internal staircase connects the two levels, offering privacy and a smart layout.

Mono Stay | Urban Design Maisonette, co-hosted by Aegean Villas, is a modern two-level city home in the heart of Chania designed for guests who want everything within walking distance. Inside, a clean, contemporary living area flows into the dining and kitchen space, with a sofa bed in the lounge that can sleep two extra guests when needed. Two separate bedrooms comfortably host four more guests, giving a total capacity of six, and an internal staircase connects the two levels so the layout feels both smart and private. Two bathrooms serve the maisonette, and Wi-Fi plus a TV and a dedicated workspace make it easy to unwind or catch up on work between outings.

The kitchen is set up so mornings and evenings at home are simple, with an at-home coffee bar that includes a drip coffee maker, French press and espresso machine, alongside the usual essentials for everyday cooking. When you arrive, you step straight into your own entrance from the street, and free street parking in the area means you can usually leave a car nearby without extra cost if you are driving.

Set right in central Chania, the maisonette places you among the city streets rather than outside them. Shops, cafés, restaurants and the main attractions are just steps away, so you can wander out for breakfast, stroll to dinner or reach key sights without planning transport, and a car is not required for enjoying the local neighbourhood.

Stays here are straightforward, with the entire apartment reserved for your group, clear house rules and a maximum of six guests. The home has a smoke alarm installed.

The house is located on Therissou Street in Chania, in a central residential neighborhood slightly above the city center. Guests can reach Chania’s old town and Venetian harbor in about 6–8 minutes’ drive (around 2–3 km), making it easy to combine sightseeing and city walks with a quieter base. The area is mainly made up of apartment buildings and family homes, with local services and main roads close by for straightforward access around town.

In the surrounding streets, guests will find supermarkets, mini-markets, bakeries, pharmacies, and small cafés within a short drive or walk. A wider choice of tavernas, restaurants, and bars is available in the old town and along the waterfront, reached quickly by car or taxi. The location also connects easily to the main road towards Souda and the national highway, which is convenient for day trips to other parts of the region. Overall, this is a practical urban base for guests who plan to explore Chania and western Crete by car.

Parking: The house offers driveway parking for your convenience.

Car Rental: Renting a car is highly recommended to explore the area and nearby attractions. Please ask us first, and we’ll provide you with the best price on the market.

Closest Beach: Nea Chora Beach is approximately 8–10 minutes’ drive (about 2–3 km) from the house.

Supermarkets and Shops: Local supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and other shops in the neighborhood are usually 2–5 minutes’ drive away (within about 1–2 km).

Public Transport: Public transportation options are limited in this area, so a car is the best way to get around.

Closest Airport: Chania International Airport (Ioannis Daskalogiannis) is about 20–25 minutes’ drive (approximately 14–16 km) from the house.
