Located just outside of Negril, Little Bay Country Club is a gated community with luxury townhomes and villas. The property features dramatic rugged cliffs overlooking stunning views of the beautiful Caribbean Sea as well as its own private white-sand beach. From the beach, step into turquoise water of Little Bay, a protected fish sanctuary that is ideal for snorkeling.

Inside our home, every detail has been thought of and is truly a home away from home. We have recently done many upgrades in and around our property to enhance the experience of your vacation with us. From tiled walk-in showers to an oceanside gazebo overlooking the bay, we have thought of everything so you can relax and enjoy your time in Negril.

Little Bay Country Club includes 24-hour gated security as well as security guards with canines canvassing the property at all times. With all the charm and beauty of Jamaica and the amenities you are used to, our two bedroom beachfront condo is the perfect place for a relaxing Jamaican vacation. Our condo is spacious and will sleep four people comfortably.

We offer a private, oceanfront vacation home rental in Negril, Jamaica. It’s a newly constructed, high-end property that overlooks a protected fish sanctuary and a coral reef.

Our property:
-Has two bedrooms and three bathrooms
-Is located in a gated community and guarded 24/7
-Comes with modern amenities and everything you may need
-Is steps from the private beach and the Caribbean Sea

We provide each of our rental guests with:
-A fully stocked kitchen with basic staples
-Luxurious, high thread count linens and towels
-Beautiful, high quality furnishings
-Digital cable television and Apple TV
-High speed Wi-Fi access
-Tiled, walk-in showers
-TV with cable in both bedrooms
-Access to our water sports equipment

Other service requests can be accommodated such as:
- Chauffeur services and airport transportation
- Groceries stocked before arrival
- Home cooked Jamaican meals
- Any other requests will be accommodated if possible

When you stay in our vacation home, you’ll be an hour and a half away from Montego Bay International airport and 5 minutes from a local airstrip. You’ll enjoy a relaxing getaway with gorgeous surroundings when you stay in our home at Little Bay.

Family Spring Break

This house was exactly as pictured and right on the private beach. Very comfortable for a family of 4. There is a community pool right off the beach that is great as well. There is also a tennis court around the corner that doubles as a pickle ball court. They truly have everything you could need and then some. Anna and Linley came higly recommended and were wonderful. Always available for any questions even before we got down there. We will definitely be booking another trip here.The

Relaxing Jamaican vacay!

Our friends told us about Little Bay Country Club and how beautiful and serene the property was. There were so right!! Everything was perfect. The property was clean and spacious. We loved having coffee on the deck. A short walk to the bay beachfront and pool. The sunsets were unbelievable too! Definitely coming back.

This is second stay at the property and we will happily return again! The home is lovely and the location cannot be beat. Both Amanda and Anna are very helpful and make the stay easy and relaxing! It feels like coming home (to a beautiful beach front house) as soon as you arrive.

Little Bay Stay

Beautiful quiet location, wonderful accommodations. Could use some instructions ( getting hot water, turning on stove, etc.) and a tour of available facilities would have been nice. We never saw or heard from property manager which we found unusual. Overall we had a terrific time and would definitely recommend.

Another great stay!

This was our 3rd time to stay in Tom & Susan’s lovely townhome in Little Bay. Our group of 4 ladies return to Jamaica every year and look forward to our trip all year long. We love staying in this villa - it has plenty of amenities to meet our needs for a very relaxing vacation! Amanda was super helpful and accommodating when we were booking the property. Thank you so much! Anna, the housekeeper is always amazing! She was very responsive to any questions. She takes great care of the property and the guests too. The newly installed generator was so nice as we experienced a storm and power outage while we were there. The electricity in the townhouse was interrupted as we had the generator for power - so nice! We definitely will be back in 2025 - Little Bay has become our Jamaican home. We look forward to seeing friends we have made each year, enjoying the beautiful beach and pool and exploring more of Jamaica. Thank you for the wonderful vacation home!

After Thanksgiving, 2023

We had a fantastic stay. We arranged transportation from Montego Bay with the recommendation of our host. I would definitely NOT rent a car unless you are used to driving on the left and want to pay the exorbitant insurance fees. We stopped for groceries in Montego Bay, I recommend you wait and go to the grocer in Negril. If you decide to cook, plan your menu in advance so you don't overbuy. Bring lots of small US dollars. Most of the shops and restaurants are priced in US dollars. The pool was quiet, we did have a small shark hanging out in the ocean water, it took off pretty quickly. We did a catamaran cruise to Rick's Cafe, that was fun! We also did a Chukka tour, Black River, YS Falls and Appleton rum estate. It was great at the falls and informative at the rum estate, BUT, be sure you have 4 people booked or they may not provide transportation. The people are friendly, immigration and customs was pretty smooth, fill out their online form before you leave for Jamaica. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would book it again! Thank you so much!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful townhouse for 8 days to attend a wedding in Negril. Townhouse was just as described. We loved the decor! Everything we needed was provided. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The security was a little annoying at times wish there was a better system set up when your guest are visiting so everyone will be on the same page. Beach was clean, water was clear and very inviting. Just a couple minor hiccups, but overall we give 5 Stars!

Private Beach and Pool within Walking Distance

Townhouse was great. Well stocked cabinets (spices, sugar, etc..). Back deck walks down to a private fish sanctuary which is connected directly to the private pool and beach of the community. Super easy and really charming. Not all townhomes in the community have this luxury. Snorkeling the reef off the sanctuary is also super easy, just go out past the ropes on the right or left side. Some great exotic fish without paying for an excursion. Overall, property was great. 5-stars! We would definitely return and do the exact same stay again. Grocery is about 8 mins drive, but would consider a car and grocery service. We had issues on the road and felt it was a bit wild (and I've driven in NYC and Atlanta). Last, we did 3 nights on Seven mile beach too (Skylark Negril). While that was also great, my family definitely missed this private community experience once we left.

Back for a second wonderful stay!

We had a great time this week in Negril at Amanda's Beachfront townhome. See previous review. This time we made it to dinner at Rockhouse and Catch a Falling Star on West End Cliffs-food and view was tremendous. Also ate on at Flag City on 7 mile beach and visited Ricks. For fun rented Hobie Wave at Azur. Caught a no cover authentic Jamaican Reggae music show at Roots Bamboo Stage on Beach-highly recommend. Snorkeling in Little Bay in front of townhome-saw an amazing variety of sea life close to shore!! would be great for a (supervised) beginner snorkeler too-very calm waters; also infinity pool. FYI HiLo grocery moved on us now across Norman Manley BLVD from Margaritaville on 7 mile beach-much nicer/cleaner location. The townhouse is well stocked as described. Anna, housekeeper is very kind and helpful-she keeps the place very clean! Security is Excellent-always feel safe at LBCC and have been going there since 2015. Generally, this seems to be a quiet time of the year to enjoy Little Bay and Negril, tho I have been there over Spring Break and still not even close to crowded. Had the beach to ourselves on several occasions. Doubt you will find a better place to stay in Jamaica and so much to do in Negril and surrounds. Sincerely, Nathan

Marvelous!

Absolutely loved this property. It has everything right down to a juicer and a butter warmer. It is quiet and truly enjoyable. The private beach and fish sanctuary are wonderful. Saw lots of fish and coral snorkeling in the cove there. Our host Anna is the best. Her response time and helpfulness made our month long stay extra special. I can highly recommend this property. It’s at the top of our list and we’ll return again.

Lovely escape in Negril

Had a lovely 2 wks at Amanda's wonderful duplex. The accommodation and amenities were top of the line.The property has a lovely private beach and pool. Beautiful gardens surround all the properties in the complex, and are well taken care of. Anna, the local property manager/contact, was very helpful. We arranged to have her prepare dinner for the first night, which was lovely. She also helped us arrange transport from the airport, and Mr. Reliable (Linley Grant) stopped at the grocery store in Montego Bay, which was a tremendous help to get us provisioned. In our trek west, he also stopped at fruit stands for us - lovely! There is a small convience store in the pool building which has some various necessities. Suggest that renters bring supplies that they likely won't find - olive oil, dijon mustard, olives, favourite spices. Be open to Jamaican curry, jerk spice, and various types of hot sauce - they are fabulous! We took advantage of Mr. Gayle's fruit & vegetable truck, which passed through the complex twice per week. He is a gem! The Negril Hi-Lo was a second week stop for stocking up. Taxi is necessary. Should we return to Negril, we would love to be able to stay at Amanda's property again!

Nice to meet you, I am the property manager of Townhouse at Turtle Bay. My name is Amanda Elliott and my parents, Tom and Susan Langan are the owners of the property. The Langan's are second generation farmers from the midwest region of the United States. Our family farm is located in southeast Iowa where we were born and raised. In addition to managing our Little Bay house, I work as a school librarian and also work as a freelance artist and calligrapher. We also are lifelong fans of the Chicago Cubs! We have been season ticket holders since 2014 and have been able to witness history in the making with the team winning the World Series in 2016, ending a 108 year drought and making the post-season three years in a row. We're hopeful for many more exciting, prosperous seasons of Cubs baseball.
My parents first time to Jamaica was on their honeymoon in 1993. They fell in love with the island and the people and continued to visit whenever possible. In 2009 my parents took my husband and I to Jamaica for our first visit and we also fell in love. We were married in Negril in 2012 and have visited the island countless times. We have many friends in Jamaica and some we consider family. We were fortunate enough to purchase our property at Little Bay that really allows Jamaica to be our second home that we can share with friends and family.
