The apartment is a second-floor unit with living room with balcony, equipped kitchen and ample balcony, main bathroom with bathtub-shower, and 2 bedrooms. One is a on-suite bedroom which has 2 single beds and the bathroom has standing shower, and the other bedroom has a double-sized bed.

The apartment sleeps 4 people, and has WIFI and Cable TV.

Parking is done in front of the building but is subject to availability (not a dedicated parking spot).

Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 19:00 and 00:00 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.
