Nice apartment on top floor of the building with great views towards the sea and Lagos town from the balcony.Facilities were fine and the pool area and restaurant were an added bonus.An early check in was requested and granted.

Great location and views.

Easy check in. Very clean and smart apartment. Great view over the bay and town. An added bonus was that everything worked unlike some other apartments we have taken in this block.We will be looking for accomodation later in the year and wil look at this one for availability.

Urlaub in Lagos

Das Appartement war genau wie beschrieben. 24 Std. Service, Tiefgarage. Es war sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten, gut ausgestattet, alle Gewürze, Öl, Essig und andere Sachen vorhanden. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt aber er und die Liegen sahen hochwertig aus. Wir sind an der wunderschönen Marina vorbei in 20 Minuten in der Stadt gewesen und auf der anderen Seite in 10 Minuten durch die Dünen am Meer. Am Strand ging es 6 km weit zu laufen, traumhaft. Das Appartement bekommt unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The check in process with the concierge was very easy and he provided all the information needed for accessing the property and parking. He was also very helpful when we got it wrong about exiting the property.! We felt very safe in the property . We used the pool, which was clean and refreshing on a hot day in March! The apartment was as listed and very comfortable. The location close to the marina and the restaurants and bars in that location was great for us. Its also close enough to walk to the town for many more restaurants, bars, and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

Spacious apartment

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment which was conveniently placed for the marina and old town - both within walking distance. Really spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and great balcony. Unfortunately the high winds made it impossible to use the balcony, but the views from the dining table over toward the sea compensated. The bonus was a safe garage space. Alan welcomed us from afar on arrival and was able to advise quickly when we had a minor issue. Whilst we did not use use the pool and surrounding area it was exceptionally well maintained. All in all recommended.

Holiday Lagos

The apartment has everything you need. It’s in a perfect location walking distance to Marina, beach, Town centre, train station and supermarket. Lovely views of pool, town and beach. Lagos is a beautiful place to visit, we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again. The owner Alan was easy to contact and very helpful.

We stayed for 14 nights with our 2 children aged 14 and 12 years old and there was plenty of room in the apartment. We arrived late due to flight cancellations but Alan arranged for the sofa bed to be made up ready for us which was very much appreciated. It was very clean and comfortable. The views of the beach and the Marina are stunning and it was great to be overlooking the pool. The complex as a whole was well maintained and felt safe and secure. The location of the apartment is within a 15 minutes walk of the local beach, Marina, the old town and supermarket. When had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend it. Thank you Alan

Lovely apartment with amazing view

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks in June. It was as described and had everything we needed to have a lovely relaxing holiday. It was under a ten minute walk to the marina and another ten minutes to walk to the old town. The apartment was on the top floor and the view from the balcony was amazing and a lovely place to have breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend the apartment and the complex.

Lovely apartment

This was our second stay in this 5th floor apartment. We were as impressed this time as we were last October. As before, the apartment, towels & bed linen were all very clean. There was bottled water in the utility cupboard, which was very useful as we arrived late in the evening. Overall, another very good stay in this well-appointed apartment with an amazing view.

Excellent location

The location and facility was exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The beautiful beach, marina, restaurants and 'old Lagos' are an easy walk. We had a rental car and the underground secure parking was a great feature of the property.

Great Stay

Clean, comfortable and very well equipped property. We arrived by train, property was a short walk from station. Bus station only slightly farther away. Awesome views from large balcony. Pool and grounds seemed to be very well maintained and on-site security. Apartment is well equipped for preparing your own meals. It is a bit of a walk to older part of Lagos but benefits from peace and quiet. Beach also a short walk away. Other dining options close at hand in building, at the marina and a few other locations. Only minor complaint would be lack of grocery or convenience in immediate vicinity, but we usually picked up what we needed when we were out doing other things. We did not have a vehicle but secured parking was available on site. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone with a vehicle or those who don't mind a bit of walking.

Sehr gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Apartment für 2 Personen. Separates Schlafzimmer.

Beide Zimmer (Schlafen & Wohnen) haben Zugang zu einem schönen Balkon, mit sehr schöner Aussicht über den Hafen zur Altstadt / Meer. Die große Küche zeigt sich geöffnet zum Wohnzimmer und ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Beste Grüße Jo

A great place to stay

We've just returned from an enjoyable stay in this 5th floor apartment, situated in a smart area of Lagos. The apartment is tastefully decorated, well furnished & has everything you need to make you feel at home. Most importantly, the bed linen, towels & furnishings were exceptionally clean. Making the booking was straightford, and Alan answered any questions promptly & in a friendly manner. With local buses, trains and a supermarket all within walking distance, a car isn’t essential. For us, this apartment was the perfect place to stay.

The views from this apartment are lovely! You can see the ocean and Meia Praia (beach), as well as the marina, our unit overlooked the pool and was on the top floor (5th floor) nice and bright and sunny on balcony and within the apartment itself. Elevators worked well and were quick. The apartment has a comfortable sofa in living room, (which is also a sofa bed) there is a smart tv with some English channels and the option to log into your Netflix or prime accounts. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, gas range, dishwasher and washing machine. (You will need to supply your own dishwashing liquid, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry soap, etc). The bedroom has two comfortable twin beds that can be pushed together for a couple. There is a closet to hang your clothes and drawers too.There are extra pillows and blankets if needed. It was a comfortable and quiet room for sleeping. There is a safe but it’s only for the owner’s use. Both the bedroom and living area have large sliding glass doors that go out to the balcony. can see the ocean from inside the apartment which was lovely! They doors are soundproof too, which was nice at night. The owner lives in the UK I believe, and he was very responsive to my questions, friendly and polite, when messaging via email or what’s app. The apartment is accessed by going to the reception area of the condo complex and seeing the security guard who gives you the key. There is 24-hour security which felt very safe.

Lovely apartment

We had a wonderful week here for our first visit to Lagos. A lovely, spacious apartment, well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Great location for accessing the beautiful Meia Praia beach, Marina and old town. We enjoyed having breakfast and BBQs on the balcony and taking in the gorgeous views. The pool and grounds were very well kept. We would highly recommend this apartment for exploring Lagos.

Home away from home

Great view of Lagos and ocean. Condo was well kept, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Having the maid service once a week was a real plus. If I return to Lagos in the future, I would want to have this condo. The grounds were well kept and added much beauty to the complex. No complaints. When contacting the owner, he answered very quickly and was very pleasant in his replies.

We are a married couple from SW Scotland in our early 50s. We both work seperately my wife as a pharmacist and I work in property development and rentals.We first visited Lagos with friends in 2006. Though it was only a 3 day visit we knew straight away that we would be back at some stage. (we bought the apartment a few months later) We try to visit Lagos as many times in a year as work allows and have had many enjoyable short breaks in and out of season to re charge our batteries.

Condominio Do mar was the first apartment we looked at and after viewing many more we decided that it ticked all the boxes for us.
We liked the location due to the short walk to the beaches and town and also the night life.Whilst we enjoy the odd lively night out we also enjoy the peace and quiet of Condominio Do Mar, being able to relax and take in the fantastic view from our balcony. The security was also important especialy as some of our guests have young children.
