The location allows you to move easily on foot or by public transport, with nearby connections that facilitate access to different points of the city and the beach.



The washing machine and dryer are for common use by all neighbors and are located on the 4th floor.



For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:



You will have to sign a rental contract

Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.



We offer the service of renting a baby chair and crib for an additional fee. Subject to availability.
