El apartamento turístico Málaga centro está situado en Calle Carretería, una de las principales calles de Málaga, sede de magníficos edificios del siglo XIX con hermosos barandales de hierro y grandes ventanales. Esta calle emblemática está experimentando actualmente un rejuvenecimiento total con la apertura de numerosos comercios, restaurantes saludables y tiendas locales de moda.



Este impresionante alquiler vacacional Málaga centro está situado en el quinto piso. Recientemente ha sido completamente renovado y decorado, con los suelos de mármol de la más alta calidad, paredes de ladrillo visto y trabajos de madera.



La propiedad mide más de 140 metros cuadrados y se compone de 2 dormitorios con camas dobles. Uno tiene un baño en-suite. El otro cuarto de baño está situado en el pasillo. Uno tiene una bañera, el otro una ducha. Ambos dormitorios dan a una encantadora calle pequeña lejos del ruido de la carretera principal.



Hay un gran cuarto de lavandería con lavadora, secadora, tabla de planchar y armario empotrado.



La cocina, totalmente equipada, tiene todo lo que uno puede soñar, con electrodomésticos de la más alta calidad, incluyendo una pequeña vinoteca. La cocina da a un gran comedor y sala de estar.



Hay un despacho privado al lado de la sala de estar que se puede cerrar gracias a unos paneles de madera deslizantes para más privacidad. Desde allí, podrá disfrutar de una de las vistas más impresionantes de la Catedral y contemplar las encantadoras azoteas de la ciudad.

Comfortable stay

This is our second stay, we love this apartment. Great location, the apartment is very well equipped.Beds are comfy and bedrooms are a good size. Having 2 bathrooms is great. Balcony is a bonus. We will definitely be back for another stay. Coffee pods are available , it would be nice to have some tea bags for those who are tea drinkers.

We loved our stay at the Mary apartment. It was spacious for 4 adults.The beds were lovely and comfortable, kitchen very well equipped, we cooked a fresh fish meal that we bought from the local fish market, it was lovely and tasty, using all fresh local produce. Near to tapas bars, the port, the beach. We will definitely return.

Long weekend in Malaga

Lovely property, very clean and well laid out. It is in a very central location which does create great noise on weekend nights so ear plugs were very helpful. Loved the balcony for coffee,wine and people watching. Being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go was perfect.

Lovely property, very clean and well laid out. It is in a very central location which does create great noise on weekend nights so ear plugs were very helpful. Loved the balcony for coffee,wine and people watching. Being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go was perfect.

We stayed in this buitiful apartment for three weeks. It was located just a block from the Enorfex Spanish language school we attended. Great location. Great management. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We will be coming back.

Great spot in the heart of town

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Very satisfied and would recommend. Just a word of caution if you like a quiet night, you will have to close all windows which keeps the sounds of the all-night partiers down. And I mean, all night.The management is responsive and kind. Malaga is awesome and we don't regret a thing.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Highly recommend this apartment -much larger and spacious than photos, many perks including filtered water, chef's kitchen, very stocked with everything, amazing linens, huge laundry room too. I wish we could have stayed longer - walkable to all the downtown, port and main restaurant area, grocery options nearby too. Binder with all you need to know is included - this is big bonus as a tourist - very smart. would give this place 10 stars if I could.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of the old town close to all the sights and excellent restaurants. The apartment is extremely well appointed and very stylish. Although in the centre of everything we weren’t disturbed by noise. I imagine anyone travelling for work would find the office a great addition. Solaga travel were easy to communicate with and helpfully stored our bags between checkout and flight.

A true Home Away from Home in Malaga!

Everything about this property was wonderful. The location was ideal walking to all the city had to offer. The apartment was very comfortable and has a great kitchen for cooking if you choose to dine in. Great Wi-fi/ cable., laundry. The beds are very comfortable. We stayed here for 10 days for Spanish immersion school on this street and also day- tripped to Gibraltar, Sevilla, Granada and Córdoba. The property management was very helpful, responsive and delightful. Highly recommend this property!

We had a fabulous 2 weeks at the Mary apartment. Carlos and Theresa (at Solaga) were very helpful. The property was exceptionally well set up. My husband and I love to cook, and the kitchen had absolutely everything needed. The location was perfect! Close to a grocery store, all major attractions, etc. The location was a bit noisy, particularly on the weekends, but we rolled with it! When you are in central Malaga, this is a given at any property. We would definitely stay here again.
