Situated on the 4th floor of a classic city building (please note there is no elevator), this elegant 65 m² residence combines style, comfort, and a unique touch of luxury.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across one sophisticated bedroom and a spacious living area. The bedroom features a 180 × 200 cm king-size bed, while the high-quality sofa bed in the living room offers an additional 160 × 200 cm sleeping space. A standout feature of this home is the freestanding bathtub placed directly in the bedroom, creating a truly distinctive and indulgent atmosphere. For added comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning—an exceptional feature that is quite rare in historic buildings in Prague’s city center. The living area is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a smart TV with an adjustable wall mount, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows from multiple angles. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and all essential cookware, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal. The apartment also features a modern bathroom with a shower, fresh towels, and all necessary amenities.

Secure valet parking is available at a nearby parking facility for an additional fee. Please note that parking is not located in the building and must be reserved separately in advance. Upon arrival at the parking garage, the parking staff will take over your vehicle and park it for you. The garage is monitored 24/7, and guests may access their vehicle at any time during the reservation period. We will provide reservation details and instructions after booking.

1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 300 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damage. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are not allowed.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
