Great place in Prague

The apartment was clean and checking in was easy. The location was perfect for using public transportation with a tram stop only a block away. Several local resturants were available and the neighborhood was very walkable. Also close to a grocery store.

A very well equipped apartment with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There were good instructions for operation of the fob and the security system; more explicit guide for the operation of kitchen equipment which differs from that of other regions/ countries (e.g. dishwasher) would be helpful.Communication with the host was very good. More timely feedback post-departure from the host and communication on refund of the deposit would be appreciated.

Thank you for your review and for highlighting what you appreciated about the apartment and location. We did not receive any message during your stay regarding the dishwasher and only learned about it upon your departure. We would have been happy to assist immediately had we been contacted. Regarding the security deposit, it was released and confirmed by an automated email within a few hours after checkout, in line with the platform’s standard procedure. The exact timing of when it appears in your account depends entirely on your bank or payment provider, which is outside of our control. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Dlouhá apartment

The apartment was very clean and in an excellent location, walking distance to everything. Despite being on a busy street, it was very quiet.

Lovely home

The property was exactly as described! Everything was in excellent condition and the property was very clean. There were small restaurants on the first floor of the building so it made it easy to grab breakfast items and coffee.

Tour of Prague

Excellent location, great access to city attractions, restaurants, walking and transit. Easy check in/out, exactly as pictured. Only suggestion: the apartment is located in a large building with multiple entrances. Finding the correct door was a small adventure. Knowing it was the door across from the Zona bistro would have made it easier to find. But a super small issue.

A Nice Apartment in a Great Location

We recently stayed 5 nights in apartment 3.5 at Dlouha Palace. The apartment was in a block of similar apartments in a rather large building. The ground floor of the building housed numerous interesting local restaurants, a wine bar, and several other stores and eateries. The apartment is also very well situated in Prague being directly adjacent to both the old town and the Jewish quarter. Trams and transit are also very close by so you can get anywhere in Prague. You might like to visit from this apartment. The apartment is a pleasant space with large windows that overlook an interior courtyard filled with mechanical equipment. It would be great for a couple traveling with small children, but the second bedroom, which only has a clerestory window into the primary bedroom, might be bit strange for two couples. Overall, for us, it was a good place to spend five days exploring all the great sites around Prague.

Gracias.
