Amenities include a gas range cooker, fridge/freezer, additional fridge and freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Entertainment is provided by a 50" Smart TV, seven additional TVs, DVD player, Xbox, and Fibre WiFi. All bedrooms include a fan and hairdryer. Fuel, power, and a starter pack are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Outside, guests will find off-road parking for six cars, with space for jet skis and small boats, and an enclosed garden with lawns, a patio with furniture, a charcoal barbecue, and a fenced pond. A cot and highchair are available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Llwyn Derw is a wonderfully spacious cottage for groups of friends and family to come together and enjoy. A paradise for walkers, climbers and cyclists, Mount Cader Idris is nearby, the second highest mountain in Wales. More adventurous attractions at Blaenau Ffestiniog are the renowned Zip World Titan, Bounce Below and Zip Caverns, a subterranean system of trampolines and zip wires deep underground. Surf Snowdonia, Bala lake which offers a variety of watersports and Coed-y-Brenin with its fantastic mountain bike trails are also nearby. An abundance of wildlife along the Mawddach Estuary, trout fishing in mountain lakes, Harlech Castle, St David's golf course and Portmeirion Italienate Village - just a handful of the many superb attractions within easy reach of this lovely area.
